Terrible service, would not help me on live support chat when I had an error installing the free plugin, I was told that I needed to sign up for a paid account.I signed up for a paid account and then asked for help on the live chat, they then told me that I would have to wait and someone would help me in a ticket.Two days later I get a response saying that I need to change a snippet of code on our site in order for the plugin to work, as I am not a developer this is not something I am able to do so I was advised to pay more money to a developer just to get the paid plugin to work. They said its there policy to not amend any code, however then went on to say that they couldn't make there plugin work with every theme out the box. So I would gather if this is there policy then they would lose a lot of customers since everyone's theme and sites are different.Terrible service, I asked for a refund and they didn't even ask why I was asking for a refund and if they could help further. Terrible customer retention and I have now gone with a competitor. I will also leave the same review on trust pilot and google so other customers are aware that the Yoast support is awful.Would not recommend this at all to anyone expecting support.
