I thought id give the app the benefit of the doubt, to the reviews I've read. Trainers i brought were listed as brand new, worn once. Got them today and the soles are really dirty. Reported straight away to depop, that I'd like to send back and get a refund and they messaged back a few minutes later saying they won't be refunding as they were as described! I'll never again use this app! £30 lost thanks to them! Plus postage and buyer protection on top!
