Years ago this was my favourite mail platform from 2012 and years after that. Then something changed.I've never had such a bad experience with them as these past 2 years- after two long needed breaks because everything became so complicated!! Now it's even worse!The support team who is clearly not from a service providing country(!)!-Is not trained in using the system and often leaves to figure things out that should take minutes but takes +30 minutes!Sadly they also see them self as heroes just reinforcing that we're lucky to use this system. While constantly just refering to their policy - without providing any help!It takes an hour at least to write back and forth while the support team does NOT provide any help or answers ones questions.The other day someone let me wait for 40 minutes while figuring a technical issue out that she never fixed!We might buy a subscription in good faith - yet then there's all the-you can't get ANY support unless if you're a paying customer - yet it is limited. Because they are only there to confirm their policies!-you can't create any automation journeys, unless if you upgrade.- you can't have more than xx number os subscribers before you need to upgrade- you can't send out more emails before you upgrade etc etcIf I have a list of 700 subscribers I send out a Christmas calender each day from the 1st to the 24th of december - they will count every single email, -send to every single subscriber - and then I have to pay extra for this!! In a few days it's 5,578 mails!!AND then I need to upgrade and again pay more.They should be ashamed of them self!
