Beware of Flipkart.com.Had such a bad experience when I bought a Mobile from Flipkart.com with order number OD109853399714363000. This is a Motorola mobile phone. As soon as we received the product, we tried to switch it on, but it was continuously going in loop and restarting again and again. Immediately I complained for replacement of the product. One guy came to check the product and recorded the entire issue and then accepted the replacement. After that I got a replacement, but as soon as I received the replacement, it has the same problem and it also re-start. Now when I called again to customer care, he is saying me to go to a Service Centre to check it or repair it. I have asked for either providing me a new functioning product or cancel my order and take back the product. But he was not ready to listen and accepted that this happens due to Manufacturing defect and now I need to go to Service Centre to repair the phone. They say they have in policy that they only replace once and after that also if they provide defective product, we need to go to Service Centre to get it repaired. They don't have any answer to my questions and neither give any solution: Why will I keep this defective product at the first hand when you are providing a defunctive product again and again ?? Why should I spend time to follow up with you and then again visit the service centre for a new product to be repaired ??? I have not paid for a defective product and I simply want a functional product or cancellation of my order... This is completely harassing a customer...I have even contacted on their Facebook Page, files consumer complaint but again and again they sight their policy. They purposefully made such policy to protect their defective products delivery. So please be cautious when you order any electronic product on Flipkart.com.
