I bought a Premiere template. The template didn't work in the current version of Premiere. The link to the tutorial was broken. I asked for a refund. That began a string of emails supposedly trying to get it to work. I've lost even more money with my wasted time! Just refund it! It doesn't work! I just wanted a refund because it's useless to me. Nope, I'm out $36 and nothing to show for it. Never again will I purchase something from Envato.

Hi, I just want to inform you that during the last 12 months, several of my logitech products have proven faulty. First it was a logitech g pro wireless mouse that started doubleclicking and randomly scrolling on wheel. Then second my logitech g pro x wireless headset begun squaking and has become very fragile and unuseable. And now after less than 1,5 months of use my logitech g pro superlight has got the same scroll wheel issue as the first. Only one of my five logitech g products still work normally after 12 months.. All in all I have lost around 4.000 DKK (over 500 euros) within 12 months from faulty products. So if you are looking for good products for gaming DO NOT buy logitech. Products are designed to break relatively fast to boost revenue by increased sales.

Bought many products from this company and i am very satisfied with them , when i had a problem usually i contacted them via email. Yesterday 27 April 2023 i tried to contact them via chat and when i enter my mouse serial number the bot wrote : sorry i can not assist you. Then i tried to chat with a live expert and even it said 24 hours support nothing happened. Today 27 April i tried again via the chat and the bot wrote : that i have to wait 10 or more minutes. I have. Waited 20 minutes and then a message came from the bot again asking my mouse serial number. I tried to find an email from their web site but there is nothing. Well great service.

When I tried again, same thing, more awful expensive photos. I emailed them saying this program isn’t working for me and they said sorry not sorry, we’re keeping your money

Have a credit card with them use how i always do a few months then they freeze account request copy of my id and bank statement i submit right away. Going on 5 days now they havent even looked at them embarassing im going to close the account immediately after they review them they dont deserve anyone as a customer

Facebook randomly decides to suspend my account saying I've posted stuff against community standards. My account has been compromised with logins without my permission and when I reset my password they locked me out and now it says my account is suspended and to appeal on Instagram. I have tried to do that but there is no option to appeal and the Instagram referring to is not my own account it's a scam account. I have emailed to appeal this as it's wrong and I haven't done anything wrong. It has logged me out of messenger too.Please can someone from the help team get in touch and help me to resolve this matter
