Vrbo is the worst do not book with…

Vrbo is the worst do not book with them! We stayed at a property that the AC went out. We called and text the host and Vrbo all day. They did nothing but waste our day. The representative kept putting us on hold and hanging up on us. We provided text messages from the host showing it was hot and ask for somewhere else to stay. Nothing! They would not give us our money back. We left at 3am because we couldn’t bare the heat. I called back today and the representative said they couldn’t do anything because we checked out and would not let me speak with a supervisor. The person we spoke with said they were the property manager they were not even the host. I will never us Vrbo again!

The free trial was not free

I tried the 14-day free trial, decided the service wouldn't be financially smart for internal company use and then cancelled it. Regardless, Issuu charge me $420 for an annual subscription. Ludicrous. Complete scam.I have tried to contact their customer service team multiple ways and have had no success. I will continue to fight for my money back. I warn everyone - do not use issuu.

I got charged $30 to save money on the service by signing up and they were going to set up a job for me . . . and then they cancelled that the day of because they couldn't find anyone. They rescheduled for a day I wasn't available so I canceled that request altogether but was still charged. I would like my $30 back for "becoming a member" or whatever that charge was for. Eventually I just posted my need and two people contacted me and one actually followed up but I arranged and paid them directly.

After enjoying several years as a satisfied Prime member with deliveries typically arriving within three to four days, I've decided to cancel my Prime subscription. Unfortunately, due to Covid, delivery times have extended to 2 to 3 weeks, which is understandable. However, even as the situation improved, delivery times never reverted to the previous norm. Adding to the frustration, Amazon now predominantly uses Aramex for deliveries in my area, and their tracking system is incredibly unreliable. It's common to see packages marked 'onboard for delivery' for days before actually receiving them.As a result, I've opted to shop elsewhere, where I can still receive deliveries within a few days, often at a lower cost than Amazon. In my opinion, Amazon has lost sight of what made Prime valuable.It's utterly unacceptable to wait two weeks or more for delivery on in-stock items fulfilled by Amazon, especially when you're a paying Prime member.

Inaccurate descriptions, and no free returns

I bought a chair that was not accurately described. Wayfair will not refund the full amount, and requires $30 to return the item. I just wasted 30 minutes putting it together, another 30 minutes with customer service, and now I have a chair I cannot use because the seat is too small, and it's too tall to roll under my desk.

Bought a garage door opener with…

Bought a garage door opener with install. Busted within 3 days. Now its been 2 weeks trying to get someone back out to fix it. 2 appointments with Angi as the contractor, were no call, no show. This morning I got up early for 8am appointment, thinking three times must be a charm, NOPE. Got an email at 7:58 saying that appt was rescheduled to a date I can't make. Have already missed work because these are 3 hr windows that you must be waiting at the house. Spent several hrs on the phone with both Angi and Lowes, got nowhere. Went down to the Lowes I bought the opener at and was told I would get a call within 24hrs for a resolution. At this point, I am not holding my breath
