After enjoying several years as a satisfied Prime member with deliveries typically arriving within three to four days, I've decided to cancel my Prime subscription. Unfortunately, due to Covid, delivery times have extended to 2 to 3 weeks, which is understandable. However, even as the situation improved, delivery times never reverted to the previous norm. Adding to the frustration, Amazon now predominantly uses Aramex for deliveries in my area, and their tracking system is incredibly unreliable. It's common to see packages marked 'onboard for delivery' for days before actually receiving them.As a result, I've opted to shop elsewhere, where I can still receive deliveries within a few days, often at a lower cost than Amazon. In my opinion, Amazon has lost sight of what made Prime valuable. It's utterly unacceptable to wait two weeks or more for delivery on in-stock items fulfilled by Amazon, especially when you're a paying Prime member.
