I have a Garmin watch. It sends data to my iPhone Health App. I can prove that the data is wrong, simply because I don’t run 50k runs and definitely not at midnight either, as Garmin’s data shows it. So I ask Apple. They explain that they get the data from Garmin and post it as is in the Apple Health app. That sounds plausible to me and the Apple guy spends at least half an hour on the phone with me going through all possible options to make double sure that it’s not the Apple Health App that screws up somehow. So I trust Apple’s answer that Garmin’s data is faulty. Apple did what was reasonably possible to make sure they weren’t wrong. So I ask Garmin, and they say ‘no, no, we do send the correct data to your Apple device’. But they didn’t even check, the simply recite a standard helpdesk answer. It took that helpdesk person 5 seconds to copy and paste an answer. They clearly don’t care, and don’t bother to help a longtime Garmin customer. Garmin helpdesk sucks, big time! And as a result, Garmin is is a lousy company that you cannot trust as a consumer. Buy something else, this is crap, no matter what you think of their hardware.

The plugin didn't comply with my WordPress, it created bugs. When I told them that I can't use their plugin, they didn't refund my money back. They don't have a trial version so you don't know what you are buying. Stay away from this company, rude and useless.

I've had three orders cancelled over the past 10 days. Each time I place my order I get a cancellation email 3 or 4 days later. Every time customer service gives me a different excuse but are yet to offer an actual solution. I wasn't charged for the first two orders, frustrating, but whatever. After placing the third order I contacted customer service and was assured it had gone through and I would receive a tracking email soon. Sure enough, the next morning I received another cancellation email and this time my credit card WAS charged! Contacted customer service again and was basically told "too bad" and a refund would be issued within 2 or 3 days...two days later and still no refund. I can't believe how bad the customer service is for such a large company. It's like they truly don't care. I've filed a former complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I'm not sure that'll do much. Crocs truly doesn't care about its customers and a quick search online will confirm that. You'll be hard pressed to find a positive review about the customer service. Long story short....STAY AWAY!

The ink subscription package is deceptive and not explained clearly. If you decide to cancel they stop the ink from flowing. Slip the subscription and just buy the ink. Besides this the printer dies not even print well and is extremely slow. Certainly not worth the price nor frustration

I installed a new Trackmanmarble mouse that points...that's it. When I called "support" I was first sent to sales, and Magazine links....but no real people. I had the same model mouse forever and loved it, that's why I bought 2 (1 just died, 1 just hooked up). Heck! They're based in the Switzerland, I even tried auf Deutsch. No luck. No people, just regurgitated mag links.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been a platinum member for years (must spend $500/year). I made an online purchase for a buy 2 get 2 promotion. My pricing was not correct and when I asked for an adjustment ($7.50 refund) they refused. Nobody would send me to another department as I requested. I verified that they were willing to lose a customer over $7.50 and they said they are just following policy and cannot help me anymore.

My stay was horrendous at Grand Palladium.Imagine arriving at room on our wedding night to a flooded and a leaking ceiling. Shortly after arriving at our room we got a call from security about one of our offsite wedding guest, that they were still on the permises as they haven't collected their passports.When I got to the front desk I requested to see the IDs after 1Am. Mr Devon Lindsay got involved and came with photo copies. I than asked to see the original IDs, Mr Lindsay asked for the information and contact number of where the 2 off site guest staying. I refused to give him this information, he started shouting and depending this information. He than threatened to call police and immigration. Mr Lindsay attitude towards me was very unprofessional, he was very aggressive and a bully.On wedding night instead I was verbally attacked by Mr Lindsay the hotel Manager that what he introduced himself as. I was very upset to to the point I was crying as my wedding night was ruined. We slept in a flooded room due to the encounter with Mr Lindsay.My spend the rest of my time at the resort getting the run around. We was moved to another room after 9pm the following night by Clive Thorpe and Tavia Brissett at the front desk. They was very friendly and sympathetic towards us. All the staff that we spoke with had the same view about Mr Lindsay. I spoke to Ms Soares, head of security and Mr Spence. They all was unhelpful. We paid for 1 of the most expensive room at the resort. Almost a 100 guest attend our wedding and it was ruined. I feel our race played apart of how we were treated by Grand Palladium

Hearing impaired a telephone is of no use to me and yet Google keeps trying to set me up an account recovery by telephone......Fed up going through endless cycles of setting up a new password eveytime I do something wrong so now avoiding signing into Google.If I lose my Google account I shall not try to reinstate it.Absolutely thoughtless and intolerant towards disabilities.
