My mixer was left on the street outside our house and it was stolen within 10 mins of delivery. The delivery person didn’t even ring the buzzer. This is unacceptable customer service and I will be calling and emailing until we receive a full refund to the original payment method. Honestly, I’ve loved guitar center for years, and am extremely disappointed by the amount of chasing we are having to do to receive an adequate response. It’s been a month of contacting you and still nothing, If this is how you treat your loyal customers I will need to put my business elsewhere.

booked a flight from amsterdam to hargeisa. In amsterdam they said that i was not allowed to board the flight with a single ticket, why i also bought a return. this was not indicated on the website, also indicate the regulations on the website! then i ended up in dubai where i found out that my flight did not continue to hargeisa, i flew on thursday and only arrived at my destination on saturday. Which was also due to illness. i filed a claim and received no response. i was delayed for more than 24 hours and want my ticket money back.

We had AT&T wireless for 8 months, and the service was SO TERRIBLE, we needed to switch back to TMobile. We asked AT&T to unlock our phones 3 days before the end of the billing cycle, so we wouldn't get charged for another month. But sneaky AT&T would not and did not unlock our phones until the first day of the new billing cycle, when we were finally able to free. THEN, they charged us $125 for the new billing cycle, even though they held our phone numbers hostage beyond when we asked for termination. Seems like fraud to me!!

I have had to call 4 times about a WiFi router that I returned in November/December. AT&T keeps emailing me that I haven’t returned their equipment and my AT&T app keeps saying I owe money for a service that hasn’t even existed in my house for months. Every person I have talked to has made me confirm my equipment return number from UPS multiple times and has said each time I shouldn’t have this problem again. None of them have helped with a permanent solution, everything that was done by these AT&T employees has either not done anything at all or temporarily delayed my app/email saying I need to return my equipment or pay a late fee. So, now I have to go home and call for a 5th time after work and sit on the phone with someone for 30 plus minutes.

What do I mean by that? You are BILLED monthly, but the terms you sign locks you into a full year of paying. NO ONE ELSE does stuff like this for personal app subscriptions, only for businesses. You aren't expecting to get locked into a contract when you're shopping for personal use software.Thankfully, I wasn't bitten by the early cancellation fee. My subscription ran it's course and I didn't pay again. Even still, this is a horrible practice that people should be warned about. Adobe really doesn't give ample information about the fact that you're in a contract. I didn't even know that until after my subscription was out! If I couldn't afford the final months I would have had to pay to NOT use their software.Date of experience I put is based off when my subscription went out.

As with all the other comments, I happily backed a project, even going as far as the top package as it was going to be a gift for my Dad. All of a sudden the creator stops giving updates so I do as Kickstarter suggest and request an update, nothing. I then email the creator and post of their Facebook page along with a messenger via messenger, which was read but never responded too. An update comes a month or two after then again nothing for 5 months so I contact Kickstarter again as regular updates is part of the commitment which was clearly broken so I request a refund. They tell me to do each one of the steps I had already followed above, last time I ever back a project.

I have lost the range of news I used to have and what there is on the defaulted version is minimal and poor content. How can these kinds of change be made without asking the user base for feedback. Go back to the earlier version please.

RTP-356913: report I have been reporting a profile that shows online grooming online rape and online breach of sexual privacy and they keep sending me to send info and documentation I have even sent a police report number and they still have not taken this down !!!!! This has been months and months !!! They need to delete this profile as they are contributing to acts of rape by allowing this profile online to be viewed!!!!! This page has been inactive for months and months as the groomer passed away hence why the page was discovered!!!

A pay-wall paper in some of the craziest times in history. Need I say more. Articles relevant to the nations economy, health and future should be free every day of the week.Opinion articles, satire and anything else could be monetised but with a far better system in place for cancelling than having to phone up.Note - Articles related to Covid were free for a time...still plenty dying each day and still a threat to Humanity...why have they now decided to charge you reading these.That I just cannot justify.

I contacted Ankita in Customer Support at Domain.com and received excellent and expert assistance in resolving my issue in a timely manner. It was in such contrast to sites like Meta where it's hard to contact a human when the AI doesn't have the correct answers.

Saying that the website is atrocious would be a huge compliment.1) The first problem was that when I added a book to my home page, I can't delete it. I went to FAQ and it told me how to do it, but everything they named in the process doesn't even exist on my website.2) I went to the chat service and waited for 40 MINUTES, while it was giving me a countdown on how many people are in front of me, just to tell me that "no representatives are available" and told me to close the chat after 40 minutes. It's literally a scam to even wait in line because they're just trying to weed-out people asking for help.3) Website is slow, unresponsive, no customer help, not up to date (basically it seems like nobody updated this website in about 15 years)...This is a disgrace and one of the worst websites I have ever used. Beyond pathetic and wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. There's a reason their average rating (on literally every website including the iPhone app store) is always around 1... we can't give them 0.
