I have had to call 4 times about a WiFi router that I returned in November/December. AT&T keeps emailing me that I haven’t returned their equipment and my AT&T app keeps saying I owe money for a service that hasn’t even existed in my house for months. Every person I have talked to has made me confirm my equipment return number from UPS multiple times and has said each time I shouldn’t have this problem again. None of them have helped with a permanent solution, everything that was done by these AT&T employees has either not done anything at all or temporarily delayed my app/email saying I need to return my equipment or pay a late fee. So, now I have to go home and call for a 5th time after work and sit on the phone with someone for 30 plus minutes.
