We had AT&T wireless for 8 months, and the service was SO TERRIBLE, we needed to switch back to TMobile. We asked AT&T to unlock our phones 3 days before the end of the billing cycle, so we wouldn't get charged for another month. But sneaky AT&T would not and did not unlock our phones until the first day of the new billing cycle, when we were finally able to free. THEN, they charged us $125 for the new billing cycle, even though they held our phone numbers hostage beyond when we asked for termination. Seems like fraud to me!!
