I signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged for the annual! There is no phone number to reach anyone (just a message) and emailing just gets a form letter back. I have bought almost thirty courses and to have this done is just so heartbreaking. I don’t HAVE $199 to give them, now I’m struggling to get a refund so I can pay bills and feed my kids! Unfortunately, it's useless. Translator changes meanings of (almost all) sentences. DeepL uses some „wannabe AI“ that genereates fabrications instead of translating what is really said in the text.The good side of DeepL is, that it preserves the document structure(which is the opposite to what Google Translator does — it translates quite well, but totally destroys document itself (styles, bullets…).

Spotify deserves no stars. Their customer service chat support help is useless. I wanted a refund as I did not sign up for Spotify. They asked for a screen shot of my credit card statement. First 6 numbers and last four of my credit card number. Reference number on my credit card charge, Then they dropped my call. I refused to give first 6 numbers. Tried three times each time they dropped the call.Please do your homework on this company they do not deserve your business.

Worst website to check for concerts!I booked two concert tickets in Paris for a concert of an artist. On their website one could see a picture of that very artist, as well as the venue. I booked and I payed via FNAC. When I arrived at the concert (at that venue), there was a different artist playing that night and we found out, that Songkick just mixed up these two musicians (they even put up the wrong picture on their website). I contacted Songkick and FNAC and neither even bothered to reply to my message. I'm mad and super disppointed!
Review of parallels
Recently switched to Parallels after years of using Boot Camp and getting tired of having to reboot each time I needed to run a Windows application. The $99 price point is a little high but the time saved in not having to reboot and easy file sharing between Mac and Windows was totally worth it.Apple apparently is going to discontinue Boot Camp support on their M1 chip Mac and this was also one of the reasons I choose Parallels.

I left a AirPod in Lyft car. So I found them in Find My app that they are at a location. I messaged driver and he told me he dropped lady by the name Gloria at 16-84 Woodbine St, Ridgewood NY after me so maybe she picked them. So driver suggested I contact Lyft so they can message her. I did contact Lyft and support said he messaged her. A day later Lyft told me that they can't contact her unless driver initiates it. Driver said ok but then Lyft said right now they can't contact. They told me to tell driver to contact her. Driver then says he doesn't have info on next passenger Gloria and only Lyft can contact her.Bottom line is - Company says driver can contact and driver says I will lose my job as I can't contact her. Lyft support doesn't know company policy and is terrible. Is this for the first time someone lost item. NO so they should know exactly how to proceed.I am done with Lyft. Switching to Uber.

The rudest shop assistant you will ever encounter. Didn't speak, smile or make any eye contact whatsoever. I asked if she'd been on a special course in rudeness or if it was just her natural ability. Her face never slipped.My wife had paid or I would have left the cards on the counter. Unsurprisingly, not very busy

Their customer service is a joke. I paid for a yearly subscription to a Google Play app, and it was taken offline very shortly after, and was told to contact Google for a valid refund. Google outright refused without any explanation, meaning wasted money. Will never EVER makes purchases on Google Play ever again.
