I signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged for the annual! There is no phone number to reach anyone (just a message) and emailing just gets a form letter back. I have bought almost thirty courses and to have this done is just so heartbreaking. I don’t HAVE $199 to give them, now I’m struggling to get a refund so I can pay bills and feed my kids!
