Unfortunately, an auto-renewal came out of our business account. By the time we realised it, we had started a new yearly plan and were 20 days in. After asking if we could cancel they advised no refund could be provided for the remaining 11+ months. Their customer service was completely cut and pasted as they clearly did not look into the account at all, instead opting for a generic response with incorrect info. Stay away

I had Hulu for 2 years. We travel in our RV throughout the summer, which doesn't work with Hulu. I travel through various zip codes within a two week period. Hulu allows limited zip code changes on a TV. Along, with other issues with the service and over priced.I was paying $130 month. Switch to Sling with same channels for $70, and no issue traveling.

Some shitty things:-Received a broken item, could only get my money back if I shipped it back to the other side of the world, only for it to be thrown away there. Waste of money and if the product isn't that expensive, there is no point in doing this.-I objected to money being taken for a subcription for a device I returned and didn't even know I had. I offered all the evidence to support my case, they didn't give me my money back.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional. It makes you weary to return tothumbtack. He invited himself my home without my permission and without and agreement the 2nd time. Discogs was near perfect and is now an unmitigated disaster for sellers especially due to the universally despised ASP policy.It is now going the same way as ebay who have continually shot themselves in the foot since 2004.It is a disgrace they have followed through with it and ignored and censored some of the barrage of negativity towards it.You will do well to just keep it optional, I was a fairly high volume seller until the asp killed my sales (U.K. only) and the suggested increase of sales from discogs is pure lies.I had to get someone to fill out my asp for U.K. as it’s absurdly over complicated and incomprehensible.Adding the rest of the world won’t help much, discogs is a self inflicted sinking ship and will go down fast if this insane policy is not reversed.Prior to asp I would’ve given 5 stars, now I would give zero.I loved discogs, now I hate it and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.Even the hell of ebay is now preferable which is where all your business is going anyway.Well done. Some achievement.
