I had the worst customer service…

I had the worst customer service experience till date. Uniqlo really need to review they online service and need to make many implementations and maybe learn from they competitors. They refund experience is so painful. I accidentally used an old email address despite providing all the other relevant information including a screen shoot the money coming out of my account they still couldn’t find my order number so I could make a return. I had to call my bank to find the exact time of transaction in order for them to find the my order number. It’s okay for them to not send any additional paper work e.g invoice with the delivery because they’re saving the environment but they want customers to print a bag label and addition papers with parcel ( I’d also like to save the plant). I had a really pleasant experience with Karen millen were they just sent me the QR code and I took it to a Hermes pick up store. It’s was so easy. Why is it so complicated?

Review of shipstation

Started Shipping in 1999, and this is the worst update I've ever seen.

I have used Samps and then ShipStation for more than 2 decades, and their new update is absolutely a waste of money and time. It has more bugs that the entire continent of South America, but they forced the update anyway. This was either due to absolute incompetence in their management team, or an intentional attempt to waste the time and money of small and large businesses. The app is much, slower (5-10 times slower than before); Chat queues take hours to wait in; Connections to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others are constantly breaking (causing late or missing shipments for customers, which is never acceptable); The support solutions offered don't actually work, and we get "we'll escalate the issue."I'm all for updates and progress, but test the update FIRST - and when you have massive problems, like entire system wide problems, DON'T force everyone onto the new update.My advice for anyone looking to print postage, or shipping labels, especially when needing to connect to marketplaces - is Don't Use ShipStation... At All!

I opened a new account to post for with my blog. Approximately half an hour after doing so I was logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in the handle had been changed on not one, but two accounts I had been logged out of and one of the handles had been taken by another user who had then blocked me.Wes, who is a shining example of misogyny and rudeness in customer services rudely and condescendingly told me how to report the profile “I wish I had” like I was just being jealous. Clearly Wes is helping the individual who hacked me in the night forcing me to stay up and recover my accounts and make this complain in the first place. I’m disgusted with him and the whole platform, obviously run and modded by criminals and nasty horrid people like Wes who should be fired. Just fire him please he’s crap.As I mentioned having had no interaction with the user they blocked me so I could not report them. Wes is assisting them in hurting me. I was reasonable considering the stress I had been placed under but then Wes, certified narcissist at this point decided to tone police me. So I bombed the conversation with profanity and hopefully he will back off now because there’s nothing worse than a man helping other men to bully one single woman. It’s like 🍇 circle behaviour.

Project Cancellation and Service Failure - ODOO BRASIL

Our company acquired this system in October 2024, under the promise that it would be compatible with our internal processes (which are simple). The only customization point — which was extensively aligned before the sale, through meetings, shared documentation, and more — was the pricing structure of our projects.The response from the sales team and its technical support was clear: Yes, the system would be adapted, with some customizations to be implemented during the project. We were sold a package of 50 hours, with the assurance that this would be enough.However, due to several absurd situations showing a complete lack of commitment to the client, we were forced to request project cancellation in March 2025.We have not been able to fully use a single module in the PRD environment. And recently, we discovered that the TAX module is not working, and that if we want to use it, we must pay an additional fee to the partner Avalara.In addition, unprepared professionals were assigned to our project. The company has shielded itself from complaints, choosing to listen only to what junior-level team members report. When we finally manage to escalate the issue to a higher level, the proposed “solution” is as immature as the service itself: a minimal hour package, with no action plan, no qualified professionals, and no guarantee the system will ever function.We do NOT recommend acquiring this system.Besides everything mentioned above, if you need to escalate the issue to higher instances, you will have to deal with the company’s headquarters in Belgium.

She will take and drop your case like she was playing with a YOYO. In court matters, she gives the impression that she is a Feminist.

Rachel Bates on Psychology Today only cares about her money

Rachel Bates is on Psychology Today just to milk money from her clients and least bothered about how her actions or suggestions are going to mess her clientele’s lives. In our case it felt she just focused on one or two things and kept bringing those repeatedly. In lots of areas it felt she assumed things and had some biases. Regarding information sharing with Social services, she was requested to let us know before providing any feedback to social services but she didn’t care and shared the information without our knowledge. She also stated to enrol with Insurance companies when we started the sessions but didn’t enrol even after a month and we had around 12 sessions with her. It just felt she was mainly focused around making money and no empathy towards her clients like us. Never recommending her. It also feels she is superficial when it comes to her knowledge and subject matter expertise.

Price option doesn't work.

Price option doesn't work.I'm sick of going on eBay and putting say max price of £385 and still getting items priced at £4,000. Go back to price option and it doesn't work. I closed eBay app down and just searched elsewhere where. Honestly it's such a bad site. It never kept up times and got left behind and now ebay is just a thing of the past. Nothing ever works on it.

Disappointed After 2 Years of Great Experience

I’ve been using Hostinger for the past 2 years and honestly, I used to consider it the best hosting service — everything worked smoothly, and their support team was always helpful.However, I’m giving it 1 star now due to a recent and disappointing experience. I purchased their Business Hosting plan specifically because it included the ability to send up to 300 emails per 24 hours — perfect for my small business needs.But recently, I was shocked to find out that they’ve silently reduced the email limit to just 100 emails per day. That’s a huge downgrade, especially without proper notice.To make things worse, when I looked into their email plans, they were more expensive than the actual hosting plan! I’m currently using multiple email addresses for my business like info@mydomain, contact@mydomain, admin@mydomain, and support@mydomain. Now, I’d need to pay separately for each mailbox, which is simply not affordable for small businesses.It feels unfair — we pay for hosting, and then we’re expected to pay again (even more) for basic email functionality. Sadly, Hostinger no longer feels like a small-business-friendly option.

Totally and completely unresponsive. I made a purchase on the site and it turned out not to be what I was expecting. I contacted them literally the same day through the website form to let them know there was a problem. The message on submission said they respond within 24 hours. No response. I contacted them a second time. Still waiting for a response. Definitely would not purchase anything here again and recommend that no one else does.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could for an experience that should have been extremely straight forward. Ordered a wedding band from a highly rated US seller on Feb 21 (I live in Canada). Item received was a size 7 when I ordered an 8. Initiated a return March 20th (item took 3 weeks to arrive in the first place, fine) with ebay and was sent a return label for a carrier that does not operate in my town. Should have been easy enough to get another label, right? Nope. Called 4 times over 3 weeks always being told I would be contacted by the international shipping department with a new label, never was until FINALLY I got mad someone got a hold of them only for them to send me the international hub address that I had to pay to ship myself to send to. So now I am out 2x return shipping costs for a $650 item that was sent in the wrong size. Put the package in the mail that day, with tracking, item was received 17 april, I was told I would have my return 5-7 days later but still nothing after 2 calls and 2 emails with zero help. I call and try to explain my situation, have even talked to a manager, I am being treated like I am being unreasonable and constantly just told the same thing that the 'specialist' department will get back to me when they literally never do. It is now May 12, still no refund, still no emails or calls from the 'specialist' department, still no help from ebay at all. I will never EVER EVER purchase from ebay again, what a joke of a company, and I will be filing an official complaint through Visa and trying to get my money back that way.
