I have been using AVG for over 20 years and in that time i have never had an attack get through or any malicious code. Anytime i have had an issue they have been able to sort it over the phone or in an email.I cant recommend them highly enough.

I just got a response on my issue from Nov. via email!The idiot (support “specialist”) didn’t even mention the right coin!And guess what! (He gave the exact same response as the others about them not being responsible, for delisting coins. They made the information public! 🫣🤦♂️!) so basically you have to follow every site or comment they make on all social media platforms if you want to know if the coins you hold will be delisted!They are not required to inform you/ their costumers, directly.When I told him to send me evidence of them warning me, (receipt of the mail with my mail address on it.) He told me he has seen it, and he just wasn’t allowed to show it to me because of the other names in the mail.I then told him! That he is a balled faced liar! That I never even had the token he was mentioning!That it was a different token/coin all together that was the issue, then he said, it’s the same. He also has that email!Then I asked for any receipt! The non existing coin! (Coin I never ever traded!)Or the coin that they made a mistake on.I told him to paint over all other emails except mine, just to shut me up once n for all! Guess what!?No it’s not a possibility, and then I was told, that even without me getting notified, it’s still MY responsibility, to check everyday!! On the coins I hold, if any of them will be delisted!!(It’s only 60€ - 90€ lost, so I have the right for life to warn off other people instead of them just taking responsibility for their mistakes.)But all in all, I’m good. I moved to Binance and found out, they are much better, cheaper (in literally everything!!!) and when they delist a coin, they will remove the ability for their costumers to even buy it, which tells me, they are not looking for easy and fast wins, by creating the scenario for the mistakes to happen! Like crypto.com sadly are.)And as soon as I saw how others have had their issues over this site, it only confirmed my decision to leave the site.Btw turned out Binance is the largest platform and the most trustworthy platform available.So my advise to all who has crypto.com (don’t know about the trustworthiness of others. But crypto.com is very very dangerous and careless about taking responsibility!!)They wouldn’t even to it on a little amount of 60-90€!Imagine how little success you will find if they really cheat you with 1000+!They will 100% sure (I am 1000% sure if this statement!) risk a court hearing than pay back their mistakes.

If I could give a zero I would, RC owe me 1700 pounds refund, they said it had been paid on 21st December 2022. Now on 9th February 2023 and they have confirmed they have not refunded money they are working on it!!!Good job I paid with credit card I have to wait another 90 days for the credit card company to reimburse me. I will never book a cruise with them again. They have held onto money with no due cause. Beware of the devil behind the smile.

One of the worst.. the absolute worst experiences in my life. They have accessed my account and continued to charge me even after I canceled my account! Iv had to go into the bank to stop Amazon charging me for an account that no longer exists! When I call I’m diverted here and there with no one apart from well meaning Indian call center girls that give me email addresses that send me automated replys that I can’t respond to! Infuriated is an understatement! It’s theft. Basic theft. And they have no intention of replying, repaying or contacting me and will happily keep the $250 dollars in funds wrongly withdrawn. FRAUDS.

I'm very happy with the patio sectional that was delivered today. Wayfair does a great job of providing tracking information and the white glove delivery guys were on time, friendly and helpful.I've been using Wayfair for years and am very pleased with their quality and service. Most orders have had no problems. I've had a few past issues, but they always addressed the problem right away. They have sent me a missing part and even sent out a technician to replace and adjust a dresser for me.

I have withdrawn my previous review, and appreciate the team for the support they extended to me. I would really recommend the team to expand their resources in order to cater merchant's need. My store was deactivated under Section 7 and after provision of adequate documentations, they took time and reinstated my account. My wife had been a Kindle user for years, starting with an early device that had page turn buttons, 3G access and a keyboard. She loved the page turn buttons and over the years came into the Kindle system, until the device failed and was replaces with a Kindle Paperwhite in 2023. She simply never connected with it. Missed the page turn buttons, we had issues getting her books over to it and support was dismissive. I happened to hear about Kobo on some social site and it seemed people liked them. I ordered her one and figured out how to side load her books onto it. Then purchased her a new serires on the Kobo store. I was impressed and only read physical book until that point. I got myself one... I have enjoyed it. Page turn buttons are awesome. Clarity is as good as printed text. As of now, I purchased three Kobo readers (a gift for my daughter) and may get a couple more as gifts.

Good luck if you have issues and need to speak to someone. There’s a chat on the app and 2/3 times it says someone signed on but they never respond so you have to start all over. And then you have to repeat everything because I guess they’re not able to scroll up and read the previous conversations. When I finally spoke to someone, she assured me I’d be getting a call but nope! They just sent an email.

I contacted Expedia about returning a rental car early. I didn't think it was possible, but when I called, the agent said I could and would be refunded for the days not used. I was still skeptical so I called again. Same response and this was after the agent called the rental car company. They both assured me of a refund if I called them after I returned the car. I returned the car and I contacted Expedia and the response has been "We know that the resolution provided is different from what you have expected." No refund, no explanation, no apology, nothing.

I love selling on Depop and have made a lot of money doing it but their customer service is atrocious. I bought a pair of pants that was not as advertised in the listing and filed a dispute and they sent me an email promising a refund then the next day sent a follow up saying they changed their mind. I then emailed them a calm email saying it’s not as described and I want my money back and they said they’d escalate me to their “special support team” if that even exists then never got back to me even after I sent a follow up email and have since blocked me so I can no longer send emails. Absolutely terrible customer service especially to someone who has sold hundreds of items on their site and is a loyal user.

I recently signed up to the free 7 day trial. Whilst I did enjoy listening to the sleep stories and found them very effective, I also subscribe to audible and can get something similar. I decided to cancel,but was a day late and was charged £39.99. They had emailed me to warn me that the free trial was about to end, but I hadn't seen it. I immediately emailed the customer services team and received a refund the next day. I have to admit I wasn't expecting the refund after reading the negative reviews, but in my experience I couldn't fault them!
