I purchased an iPhone 15 almost 9 weeks ago. I was having problems with it from the very beginning. I have been to the Apple Store numerous times I have called almost every day been getting different answers from different people. Nothing has ever been resolved. I am in my phone 24 seven I bought this phone specifically because I was having issues with fraud. I then had to freeze my Social Security number because I thought my phone was still being hacked. I found out today that I am part of Apple‘s App Store developer program, which I never gave consent for and they are doing nothing about it. They are making me create another account by wiping my phone from my daughter’s mac I have emails from two different Apple letterhead when I attempt to go on support.apple.com I’m transferred to get support this has been a nightmare I have taken so many screenshots and screen recordings. They are constantly deleted or edit it. I was then sending them to my daughter‘s phone who also has an apple. This just happened yesterday. The text with the screenshots that I sent her were completely deleted from her phone. If I didn’t see this with my own two eyes, I would never believe it I cannot believe they can do this to people I’m living an absolute nightmare, and I am getting a lawyer.

As of 11/25/22 today.. This morning I had been woken up by two Reddit app notifications earlier this morning. The first one was a warning about my account being suspended for 7 days.. then few minutes later the Reddit Admins decided to permanently suspend my account with no real reason.It's "harassment" for defending yourself or losing your temper towards a user who harassed me FIRST? I also got suspended for a few days a long time ago, only defending myself against a subreddit moderator who made accusations against me. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF. I'm being harassed by commenters and I'm the "bad guy" here for DEFENDING MYSELF? I'm permanently suspended from Reddit because they're just as toxic as the reddit users. I swear that you Reddit Admins let these people have too many free passes. It's toxic, illogical and hypocritical.There's harassment, bullying, homophobia towards the LGBT+, xenophobia, etc. all over Reddit. And what do the Reddit Admins do about that? NOTHING! Innocent people are being reported & having their accounts permanently suspended.You all should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. How can people enjoy Reddit when you Reddit Admins are on a huge power trip, suspending innocent accounts & you all never doing anything to accounts that are actually violating the rules.Seriously.. you Reddit Admins should take a look at all of the negative reviews, and wonder why most people are deleting their accounts or posting negative complaints.

I have found many jobs through care so I am grateful the site exists. However there are a couple things that consistently frustrate me about the site itself. One is that it seems job posts are automatically posted for families searching for a nanny before they customize them. I think a certain amount of customization should be required. It's hard to sort through pages of families with no pictures and the automated job search. Also, the back button always takes you back to the first page of your search not the page you were just on. It would be nice to have that fixed.

For a supposedly reputable company their complete lack of customer service is atrocious. Made an online order through GoPro.com for a number of accessories and a subscription on 11 Feb 2024. They were quick to activate the subscription (and take the money for it) but the accessories purchased in the same order never arrived and the order number that they provided in the order confirmation number can’t be found when trying to track the order. After not receiving my order by 7 March, and being unable to access the customer service chat, or to request a callback (the only options available and which have limited hours in a different time zone) I made a complaint about a) not receiving my order, and b) about the impossibility of getting in touch with customer service. The response was simply to refer me back to the same contact us channels that I was complaining about not being able to contact in the first place. I’ve given up on ever hoping to get my order from GoPro.com and will be steering clear of them in the future.

Uniqlo is terrible on returns. My package said delivered and yet it was not. They said I’m on my own with figuring it out and they won’t refund my money... so I paid over $100 and didn’t get my clothes and I’m just out of luck? Any company would handle this better than them. TERRIBLE
