Easier than WIX, Weebly and Wordpress! with excellent customer service to boot!

I’ve struggled for two years to find an easy substitute for iWeb and finally, here you are! Nice design, intuitive tools, and out-of-this-world customer service! Learning curve was short and fast. Only a few minor things I would have liked to change (add background color to text blocks, add sidebar to any template, etc.) but I'm not interested in coding. I like the fact that I don't have to resize every image before importing but would like to see an admin portfolio so I can pull from a batch of my own images without having to re-upload if I use one image on multiple pages.
All in all, I am thrilled at how easy it was for me to build a site and customize the chosen template to fit my needs. The fact that the site goes immediately (!!!) live without any sort of FTP is amazing to me! Even quick rewrites and photo edits are up immediately, no extra steps required! I highly recommend SS to anyone who cares about ease of use but is not willing to compromise on elegance!

Microsoft Authenticator no help desk support

A few weeks ago I was updating the websites that use Microsoft authenticator and accidentally deleted the codes for my Instagram account. I reached out to their help desk and have not received any assistance for my issue. I shows that my account is synced in the cloud but I am not able to find out where that is located. Once I researched online through Microsoft website I was not aware it only applied to business accounts not personal ones! They need to provide a disclaimer when a user is going to use their app that recovery of passwords or codes are not accessible with personal accounts!

Google Fi Billing and Customer Support Woes

I bought Google Fi to keep my current phone number from the US while I moved overseas. I bought the unlimited package for my first month due to quarantine and needing to contact family back home. After my first month, I went to a very basic plan because I had a local number and only needed to call home. Here is my payment schedule so far: - October 19th turn-on: 76 USD for an unlimited plan- November 16th: cancelled unlimited plan (will be rebilled don't he 19th for the new plan)- November 19th: billed 109 USD for the new basic plan and all the data/calls from the previous month- December 19th: billed for basic plan and the calls that month (this is the first correct bill, minus the spam calls)Not only do I get charged for spam calls from the US, but I was charged on my November bill for all the calls and data I used while I was on the unlimited plan. When I contact customer service, they said that they will look into it and get back to me.One week later, I contacted them again...same response and no refund can be given. One week later, I contacted them again...same response and no refund can be given. In between these contacts, no communication from them and my third bills comes in (December) and not only in the bill caked with spam call charges, but also no credit from previous bill. When I contact customer service, they just say that they are looking into it and cannot give me a refund. When I tell them I will contact my credit card company, they say they still cannot do anything. SO I contract my CC company and they request the full bill amount b/c Google even told them they were in the wrong. Due to this dispute, my credit card will not accept charges from Google. When I go online to pay the December bill, they have just rebilled me for the November bill that they refunded to my credit card and asked me to pay that bill AND the December charges. Again, the November bill was for 109 and had over 84+ dollars of calls and data from when I was on the unlimited plan. When I contacted them about it today, they told me the only way to keep my service is to pay the full bill with another credit card or bank card, but that they will get ahold of my in 24-28 hours via email. Meanwhile, my plan is about to be cancelled. Also, funny things: - My November billed wasn't charged until the 30th, but this December bill they wanted it paid immediately on the 19th and will shut off service on the 25th (Christmas)...lovely...over their error, mind you- I have contacted customer service 7 times since starting this plan and they are actually quite rude, curt, and pepper in very condescending comments like "Like I wrote to you before", "we are sorry you are experiencing this, but you must be patient", "we will get back to you in 24-28 hours. Are you happy with the service? Is there anything else we can help you with?"...O_O

EBay complaints department is rubbish

EBay failed to respond to any of my complaints about non delivery. They said I had returned the item - impossible when I never had it! They failed to contact the seller.Avoid buying stuff on eBay if there is any risk with the seller because eBay will not help!

Duolingo is a horrible app

Duolingo Is a terrible way to learn a language, it is frustrating to get every now and then reminders, that there is no way you can avoid. There is no presentation of new vocabulary, it is as if it is obvious you should now the meaning. I do not recommend the app

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Ordered and paid for my crocs and after not hearing anything for a week(bearing in mind their website states delivery within 4-5 days to UK!!) I contacted them via live chat for an update. The lady on live chat told me that the crocs I ordered were no longer in stock so would issue me with a refund that could take a further 7-10 days. I just wonder how long they would have left me thinking they may be on the way if I hadn't have contacted them. Ordered a different pair from Footlocker and they will be here next day delivery, cheaper too.

Review of dell

Warning when buying from Dell

Purchased a Dell Alienware desktop at the beginning of January 2021, taking advantage of their 10% sale. 1 month later receive an email from Dell that my order has been cancelled as my specification is no longer available. In the meantime Dell has renewed their prices on their website. The specification, I had requested is not any different from their currently available listed machines albeit an increase in price. Contacted Dell and their Support/Sale have offered me to order again now on the inflated prices! And when pushed offered to give me a 10% discount! Very disappointed that such a large company uses such underhanded sales tactics. Will never buy from them again.

Unfortunately, our experience with the Bookly Pro plugin purchased from CodeCanyon was completely frustrating. Despite our efforts to configure it, we found the setup process to be overly complex and challenging. When we sought a refund due to our inability to use the plugin effectively, we were disappointed to learn that refunds were not provided, citing our download of the product. However, we believe that trying out the product is necessary to determine its usefulness, and we hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in user experience and customer service we expect a full refund.
