I'll be honest

I'll be honest. I'll give you the Pros and Cons of using Printful as a POD supplier after several years experimenting with them. First of, they have a wide range of respectable product brands to layout and print your designs on, great selection of quality mockups, and overall they offer a complete and solid platform that has everything you need to grow your business. They also have the best customer support service in my opinion and they always answered my question in a timely manner both by email and live chat support. They also refunded 2 of my orders I had placed because they were past the estimated delivery time.Now talking about the Cons that I really disliked is the fact their products are HIGHLY EXPENSIVE that even without adding your own profit markup on the products, base prices are UNREALISTIC and should be much lower, which in turn leaves you with little room to set adequate prices on your website. We don't want any stupid growth membership, just decrease your prices 30% less. The second biggest problem is when it comes to fulfillment, many of their products are fulfilled in different countries or even in different facilities in the same country such as the US, and thus instead of purchasing their stock and sending them to one centralized location, then consolidating shipments into a single package, they instead send your goods from different locations without telling you, in which you end up paying separate shipping fees along with separate custom duties and taxes for each package.Bottom line is this: Printful needs to consolidate all ordered goods into one single package in order to drastically reduce both shipping time and duties/taxes for the buyer. They also need to decrease their product prices much much more and to remove their deceiving membership plans.

They disregard your opt-out request and…

They disregard your opt-out request and continue to send you emails. After being with them for over 3 years, I decided to leave because they simply won't stop sending emails.Edit 11-08-2022: after about a week plus leaving this review, they reached out to me and assured me that the issue has been fixed. Long story short, the issue was that the notification emails were being sent to BOTH my PayPal email (used for payments) AS WELL AS the primary email address I had used to signup with them, and I had contacted them informing them that they should NOT be sending emails to the PayPal email address. Since they gave me a run around for the most part and looked into this issue only recently, plus for the inconvenience caused, I think 2 star is more than generous, but since they seemed to have put in the efforts to finally look into the issue and offered apologies, I can update it to a 3.

Super awesome service! Highly recommend!

This is an awesome app and an awesome test kit. I have learned a lot about my family history through extensive records, some of which date back to 1490.I have much more research to do. The DNA test kit was very easy, and I was matched with other users who share some common DNA. What's also cool is that you are able to create a tree that branches off from other family members. For instance, I created my tree to include my wife and son. Now that my wife is on my tree, I can click her profile and start building her tree. This is very useful because it allows us to know a little bit more about her side of the family, which lets us know more about our son. 98% positive experience. Only negative things I have to say are:1) The time to receive my DNA test kit when purchasing from Ancestry App was very long--approx. 2 weeks. Alot of online forums have said you will get your test kit much faster if you order it from Amazon and then register your kit through the app. 2) The time it took to receive my DNA results after paying for expedited processing was very long--approx. 3 weeks. After reading others' experiences with this, I believe adding this is not necessary. My DNA test results came back in a similar time range to people who did not pay for expedited processing. Maybe it was a day or 2 faster, but it is not worth the trouble, in my opinion.I look forward to learning more about my family, and I highly recommend this service if you want to learn more. Definitely pay for the global records membership if you want to go back further in your tree. The US records membership is only $10/mo cheaper, but you can only go back so far. Everybody's family immigrated here at some point, so don't let that be the end of your tree!

I agree with everyone else on here. I used to enjoy the site but number of ads is absolutely and shamefully over the top. There are so many ads and videos loading all the time that the articles have become unreadable and the site unnavigateable. I'm done.

VODAFONE SUCKS DONT USE PLEASE

Vodafone is literally the worst company in the universe, they took over unitymedia, which i was a customer too. Since they took over unitymedia i experience Internet Breakdowns almost every night. Im super pissed off why and i hope for everyone reading this they are not a customer to vodafone and if not do anything BUT DONT SIGN TO VODAFONE PLEASE THEY ARE THE DEVIL!

Fotor continues charging after subscription cancellation!

Somehow Fotor continued charging my credit card after I cancelled my subscription, even though that subscription was initially made via iCloud/App Store. I cancelled in April 2023, but for May through September Fotor somehow continued to charge me the monthly fee. No subscription or payment history shows up on my Fotor account page, but the charges have been confirmed by my bank as legitimate. Fotor never responded to my customer service request to a) reverse the charges, and b) tell me exactly which account they were being charged to, so I had no choice but to instruct my bank to treat any Fotor charges as fraudulent.
