Somehow Fotor continued charging my credit card after I cancelled my subscription, even though that subscription was initially made via iCloud/App Store. I cancelled in April 2023, but for May through September Fotor somehow continued to charge me the monthly fee. No subscription or payment history shows up on my Fotor account page, but the charges have been confirmed by my bank as legitimate. Fotor never responded to my customer service request to a) reverse the charges, and b) tell me exactly which account they were being charged to, so I had no choice but to instruct my bank to treat any Fotor charges as fraudulent.
