Abysmal customer service.I have an 2 ASUS Monitors. One works well, the other has had issues since I first purchased it. Customer service are a nightmare to deal with, and do not want to process it as a warranty claim. The customer service personal were rude and were clearly reading from a script, despite the fact the response did not match the issue I am having. I will never purchase an ASUS product again.

This company makes sales promises that are never delivered on. Software is buggy and unreliable. Support is non-existant. An awful experience that nearly killed my business in its inception phase. I'm sure all the positive reviews are paid or unethically incentivised. Edit: the below response is pretty similar to their sales promises.... Save yourself the headache.

I will never buy another LG product. My previous LG TV screen lasted 3 years until it stopped working. Tried speaking to customer service who weren't interested as it was out of guarantee so and it was easier just to bin it and buy another. The sound on the new TV is terrible and vibrates and the screen goes off and back on again a couple of seconds every 30 minutes or so. To stop noise issue, we purchased a LG soundbar which lasted about 2 months then that kept turning itself on and off, we returned it to LG for repair. It came back with the same fault! We then returned to to the retailer who fortunately changed it for a different LG model. This one has awful sound and doesn't work with eARC. Don't even bother trying to talk to customer service as they do not have a clue about helping you configure the devices and are not interested in helping you - if you can understand their accent. I cannot express how disgusting at the lack of assistance.

Because of a linked Instagram account that has nothing to do with me, Facebook has blocked my account! The hackers also managed to get into my AD account and took money. Absolutely no response from FB. It is absolutely disgusting. Remove all info of yours from META. You are not safe, we are not safe.

On Saturday I ordered a set of expensive lounge chairs with a side table and accidentally ordered the wrong color so I immediately (seconds!) went onto live chat to talk to somebody and they told me to just cancel the order and then re-order the right color. I made sure to clarify that I was going to get a full refund so I wasn’t paying for two sets and they confirmed I wouldn’t. So, I cancelled and re-ordered and then after the fact they came back and said oh sorry you can’t cancel, it’s already being processed (not shipped mind you!) “we lock in orders to ensure fast shipping” so in other words they scam you with their policies so you don’t cancel and then if you do, charge you ridiculous shipping return fees! I can’t even imagine what it’s going to cost me to return these heavy expensive chairs. To top it off, I’m a rewards member. I was like at the very least you could credit me the shipping fees since this was an error on your end and they were like absolutely not. Soooo frustrating 😑

After the trial period, they unscrupulously jacked up the monthly fee from $1 to $30 without any prior notice or consent.What's worse, despite my account being inactive for almost a year, they continued to siphon money from my account without authorization. When I finally caught wind of this financial leeching and reached out to rectify the situation, I was met with nothing but disdainful indifference. Shopify's customer service team provided zero recourse, brushing off my concerns with a dismissive "That's your problem, read our terms of service."Adding insult to injury, attempting to contact them was akin to navigating a labyrinth with blindfolds on. They conveniently lack any accessible means of communication, providing no phone number or email. The only option? Jump through hoops by creating an account and using their elusive website messenger, which is about as useful as shouting into the void.My experience with Shopify has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceptive pricing, negligent account management, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. If you value transparency, integrity, and decent customer service, steer clear of Shopify like the plague.
