I will never buy another LG product

I will never buy another LG product. My previous LG TV screen lasted 3 years until it stopped working. Tried speaking to customer service who weren't interested as it was out of guarantee so and it was easier just to bin it and buy another. The sound on the new TV is terrible and vibrates and the screen goes off and back on again a couple of seconds every 30 minutes or so. To stop noise issue, we purchased a LG soundbar which lasted about 2 months then that kept turning itself on and off, we returned it to LG for repair. It came back with the same fault! We then returned to to the retailer who fortunately changed it for a different LG model. This one has awful sound and doesn't work with eARC. Don't even bother trying to talk to customer service as they do not have a clue about helping you configure the devices and are not interested in helping you - if you can understand their accent. I cannot express how disgusting at the lack of assistance.
