I have just had £166.80 taken out of my PayPal account without warning. I wrote immediately to the company that I had received no notice of this intended payment. I request a refund indicating that I had recently retired as an academic and no longer required their services. The email reply says that they do not issue refunds - this practice is highly illegal. They need to be reported as they are scamming their own customers by NOT offering a refund and assume they can take your money forever more! Deplorable - what a way to run a business.
