Started a free trial 11th July 2022.Was advised on the website that I could cancel the subscription via email. I sent an email to cancel the subscription two days later 13th July as I found I didn’t enjoy the content of the service (case 20672346).Unknowingly I would be charged 12.99 EUR for the next 10 months (Aug 2022 to May 2023) and 19.99 for the last 3 months (June 2023 to Sep 2023).I never used the service and they confirmed they could see this over the phone when I called today. Never have I had to cancel a subscription over phone. Email is always enough. Please give me a full refund for 189.87 EUR!They only gave me a 3 month refund of 59.97.Will delete this review if provided a full refund.
