Had to call multiple times to ensure order was shipped. Paid for overnight shipping for Christmas delivery. Finally shipped and received damaged guitar. Took 3 days and more lengthy phone calls to customer service to have package picked up. 2 weeks later and replacement still has not been sent.

Crazy policy of the hotel!!!! The guy drowned in the pool almost in front of my eyes. They closed the pool saying it’s coronavirus. Manager told me that two maids saw he is drowning nobody did nothing . Couple of days ago I had asthma attack and called the ambulance manager told me if I’ll call the help I’m not welcomanymore. Don’t stay there u might die. Mother of this young boy came to see where died her son, was crying not touching anything or breaking anything. Manager said he will call police on her

I bought a sun bed last year. Less than a year later the wheel breaks in half. I contact El Corte Inglés by e-mail and also attach photos.They keep asking me to send photos. This I had to do 4 times before they figured out it was attached.After weeks they said it will take 45 working days to get it fixed. Now more than 45 working days later and the summer almost is over, it has still not been fixed and they give me no update. When I contact them I get standard reply and they dont even read what I wrote.Poor quality and really bad customer service!

I went To Best Buy in Niles Ohio took picture of my Model Number and SN number to purchase keyboard. I was told I needed to put windows 10 or 11 on my computer because they no longer stalk keyboard. I was told it was compatible with my computer. AS soon as it was plugged in it says Processor is not supported for this version of Windows. Returned it to store Talked to a very Rude MGR and told They won't return my 139 Dollars. Purchased over $10000.00 Dollars at this store they need to go out of Business

Be very carefull with Agoda because they scam customers and their customer service is robot who chat with you and wants send you away with your problem. I have booked non refundable offer on the same day -75% for £233 per night for three days and finally I was charged £358 for each night in total £1014. When I have contacted with them they told me they will investigate ghis problem, but next thay they didn't even knew that I made reclamation day before and they ask you to start explain your problem again and again. Better do not use this aplication. They provide very low level of service, most of the times price may change on the end without your know. Have good holidays and avoid Agoda. They managed to trick me over, but they won't trick me anymore and don't let yourself be tricked either.

I would give it 0 if I could. Jonathan was a complete jerk. Said he didn’t have to connect me with a supervisor. No policy that states he has to do anything but direct me to the developers of the game that I bought from them. I asked for a person I could speak to so I could make my complaint. All he has to do is tell me his name is Jonathan and if I wanted to make a complaint then I could hang up and call back but no supervisor will be provided. Basically was told we know you paid for this edition and didn’t get it, but if you read the fine print you’ll see it’s really not our fault.

I was very disappointed (but restrained) when we found after driving down from North Yorkshire to Bodnant and reading that they were dog friendly (2 paws), we were unable to enter with our 2 very well behaved Pomeranian dogs because it was not a Fri/Sat or Sunday. Not clearly specified in the hand book. Disgusted.! I turned on heel and left;as new dog owners and over 30 years of membership.

I have to to agree with the experience of others. I was approached by them due to the amount of business we do with PayPal, and you (in the UK anyway) deal with PayPal in Dublin.The application process is a little tiresome, but as the card acquirer is ultimately responsible for any losses incurred by customers that's fine. But the information was lost, and then found, and then lost and found again. People came and went, so you weren't dealing with the same person through the process. Some of the questions asked were somewhat bizarre, and at one stage they asked why why our payables turnover was 915 days? Eh? Where did that come from?We got rates, but we queried them as they were stated Visa and MasterCard interchange rates were 10% of what they actually are.The Braintree UI is very good, but at the end of the day you have to trust your card acquirer to do what they say they're going to do. And I had the uncomfortable feeling that just wasn't going to happen, so have stayed where I am.For others reading this, our Visa/MasterCard turnover is £5M give or take.

After a fantastic cruise Royal C charged me close to almost 900 USD too much. Suddenly customer service is slow, nobody knows anything. After months of emails and waiting got confirmation the money will be credited back to me. Of course also that is months ago, still the money has not been received and 'nobody is home' at Royal C. Long story short: the fantastic cruise is way behind us, would recommend nobody to deal with this company without ownership, customer support and proper processes.

I am still getting up and running on using the software on a daily basis to run my training practice so I can't comment on that, but my on-boarding experience was terrific! Silvia Bertoncin was superb - kind, patient, supportive, encouraging. She was extremely conscientious, always following up on any loose ends from our session, and made me feel that she always had my best interests at heart. I couldn't have asked for a better onboarding specialist!
