money gone

After a fantastic cruise Royal C charged me close to almost 900 USD too much. Suddenly customer service is slow, nobody knows anything. After months of emails and waiting got confirmation the money will be credited back to me. Of course also that is months ago, still the money has not been received and 'nobody is home' at Royal C. Long story short: the fantastic cruise is way behind us, would recommend nobody to deal with this company without ownership, customer support and proper processes.
