I bought a sun bed last year. Less than a year later the wheel breaks in half. I contact El Corte Inglés by e-mail and also attach photos.They keep asking me to send photos. This I had to do 4 times before they figured out it was attached.After weeks they said it will take 45 working days to get it fixed. Now more than 45 working days later and the summer almost is over, it has still not been fixed and they give me no update. When I contact them I get standard reply and they dont even read what I wrote.Poor quality and really bad customer service!
