I am a bookworm, and have had many books in my collection. But I always end up donating, because it’s too many books to keep up with! For me, Scribd has been a great solution! I can read as many books (and more) as I want without the commitment of keeping up with physical copies.

Do not buy from this company. They used to have an excellent returns policy but as of now, there is no way to obtain a refund. They only offer exchanges or a voucher which is in breach of customers' statutory rights. There is also no email, phone number or way to contact them. If you submit a ticket through paypal, they will provide you with a deactivated email account that is no longer in use. Honestly not sure how they are still operating.

Absolutely awful -a site which includes incorrect information - full of grudge stuff and nothing useful. My advise would be to avoid at all costs- as its utter rubbish on there. Dont believe a word of what is on there -immoral site - slagging off charities without engaging in the details- and rife for people with grudges and nastiness

Ordered on Dec 11. Its now Dec 21 and they havent shipped. In addition, they wont cancel the order. So I guess I have to wait until they decide that they will ship my order just so I can return it (as it wont be here in time for XMAS). AWFUL!*UPDATE* After contacting management, they did make it right straight away; that said, I'm not sure that their fulfillment issues have been rectified - time will tell.

I'll give customer service a #1, but the product is very good. NOT THAT GOOD WHEN THEY ABUSE THE CUSTOMER!After been a customer for years and bitdefender, should have my records, I am sure. Five months ago I made a mistake, and bought the service twice, in the same day. One of the products is for a lot of computers and not an antivirus but for VPM., this type of product I don't use, besides my business operation is a one person only.Well, They are charging me anyway both purchases.ARE THEY THAT DESPERATE FOR MONEY?Shame, I am considering changing service to some place else.I am reporting this to the Best Business Bureau.I am upset because of the nonsense, more than the money.

BEWARE OF AUTO RENEW!!To their credit, the customer service chat on their website was very helpful and they manage to solve the issue within 30 minutes. If this happens to you. Note that you have 30 days to request a refund.

I purchased the MX keys in 2022, the first one lasted about 6 months and the second lasted about a year, you can't buy new replacement buttons, from Logitech. and they wear out, you would expect from one of the leading brands to produce a longer-lasting product.

I purchased an £1800 Lenovo Thinkpad T490s laptop in early February. A few days later they were advertising the exact same laptop for £117 less. As per their price matching policy, I contacted them and provided all the relevant information.It is now mid May (3 months later) and I have sent them half a dozen follow up emails. They keep responding saying it is with another department and they'll let me know when they hear back.I just wish someone in their support department would take a bit of pride in their work and actually deal with it instead of passing the buck. At this point it is not even about the money. I doubt I will ever see it. I simply think they need to live up to their price matching promise or stop advertising as such.If someone from Lenovo would like to follow it up, the order number is Order #9804147909.

Somehow my personal information from Fotor has been found on the dark web, and I only know this thanks to Norton. My email used for the site, username and avatar are reported to have been found on the dark web. Do not use fotor. These reports are from October of 2020 and earlier. I think I maybe only used Fotor once for free.
