I'll give customer service a #1, but the product is very good. NOT THAT GOOD WHEN THEY ABUSE THE CUSTOMER!After been a customer for years and bitdefender, should have my records, I am sure. Five months ago I made a mistake, and bought the service twice, in the same day. One of the products is for a lot of computers and not an antivirus but for VPM., this type of product I don't use, besides my business operation is a one person only.Well, They are charging me anyway both purchases.ARE THEY THAT DESPERATE FOR MONEY?Shame, I am considering changing service to some place else.I am reporting this to the Best Business Bureau.I am upset because of the nonsense, more than the money.
