Ordered on Dec 11. Its now Dec 21 and they havent shipped. In addition, they wont cancel the order. So I guess I have to wait until they decide that they will ship my order just so I can return it (as it wont be here in time for XMAS). AWFUL!*UPDATE* After contacting management, they did make it right straight away; that said, I'm not sure that their fulfillment issues have been rectified - time will tell.
