We've been a MailerLite customer for years, but most recently their practices have gotten much worse. Support is hardly available when you need it and for some reason, they keep putting our account through an endless review cycle. By now, it must have been the 5th or 6th time that our account is being reviewed. Don't get me wrong, good that they have practices in place to ensure only legit businesses are on their platform, but it has started to have a business impact for us. My experience from today led me to write this review. I was carving out time this weekend on a Saturday morning to update the text of automation of our single most important nurture campaign (trial to upgrade). Suddenly, I couldn't turn the automation back on as they had put the account for another investigation on their side. Dozens of carefully nurtured leads will now not complete the email sequence. The revenue that is now probably lost is seriously unacceptable. Even though we have been with them for years, I can no longer vouch for them. The business impact is too significant. But what's even worse, I have lost trust that they are the right partner to facilitate reliable marketing operations. Do you want to wake up one day and find out that suddenly your key campaigns are put on hold?

My account was hacked even if I did not click or got any fishing email, someone managed to change my password using my recovery email I do not even use I guess, so I reported it right away, my account was disabled from Facebook in suspicious activity, and I tried everything, but nothing worked. I am trying to get a hold of Customer Support and there is no way to contact them—shame on an organisation like this. Why is there no option to prove my identity and prove that I was hacked, which I can prove? How come after 17 years you do not care for your loyal customers? What kind of company is this really? I have been on facebook for 17 years. Treat your loyal customers with respect, as this is happened to a few of my friends and no one can retrieve their account. SHAME

First off here's the situation. I recently came upon a post that was so sexually oriented about helping a woman have multiple orgasms on Facebook which is basically them agreeing to having pornographic content on their website. I reported this to them and they did not find anything wrong with it and they refused to take it down. There are other material up there that they have allowed to be promoted such as anti-religious information with sneaky backstabbing unethical malicious intentions from anti-religious people such as Leah Remini etc to be promoted on Facebook. The proof of only that info on only regarding the individual who is allowed to say whatever she and her anti-religious friends want to say is at www dot leahreminithefacts dot org and at www dot leahreminiaftermath dot com section videos which shows there her connection to human trafficking apologist.Facebook has reprimanded me for speaking the honest truth about unethical matters and they hav ignored my reports. Yet they have refused to take down any of the fan pages on this woman's anti-religious profile or the anti-religious profiles of her close supporters and friends etc.This company Facebook basically allows backstabbing deceptive communication to be communicated on their website with using freedom of speech as the justification for communicating unethical content.I have spoken my mind and told this META Facebook site more than once That what I have seen promoted on their website is wrong and very unethical and they honestly don't care. They would much rather allow dishonest perverted people and criminals to speak to their hearts content with telling nothing about malicious lies while pretending to be friends of humanity before they will actually give a green light to those who are honest speaking out against those criminals who speak horribly on the platform. This is horribly sick!I am so disgusted with the fact that Facebook has refused to take down the content that I told them that was really disgusting that I saw that was horribly disturbing and I found out about that today.If this website truly believes in honesty and sticking up with their practices and going along with what they believe to be completely right then they should actually know and understand why is it that they allow unethical communication in a dishonest manner of backstabbing manner to be spoken of on their web page and they allow it to stay there yet those who speak out against it those who speak out against it are punished which is nuts on the end of Facebook and those who speak the dishonesty!

I used Backblaze for a few months and then when I upgraded my computer to Sonoma it quit working and there was an annoying pop up window that said my computer was not backing up. When I contacted support they sent back a super complicated solution and the links they provided did not work. Furthermore once you download their product you cannot uninstall it by yourself. They built that into their product. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR PRODUCT!

No questions asked replacement is a lie. I have 12+ cameras. Bought a new GP11, ahven't even used the thing yet and it has a crack in it, while storing it in their own 100 dollar case. No replacement, been a member for years. They can burn to the ground, I dgaf about them and won't spend another dime on their products. I am selling all the ones I have and going elsewhere. What a scam of a company. Sales told us we could try it out and return the device for a refund if it didn’t work out. Well, it wasn’t the right fit for our company so we called to figure out how to return the device for a refund. After they put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes to “review our account” that we have never even used, they finally told me that it is not possible to get a refund for the device.

I've been trying for hours to set up my Skype account via an outlook mail account. First off all I need to confirm and register and send codes and alternative mails and whatnot and give tons of information that I do not want to share. Then, I finally manage to set up the outlook account, want to log in to Skype and it doesn't let me saying the password is wrong! I try logging into the mail account and it says again that password is wrong, this despite having now reset it 3 times!!!! Now I have to full out a form to "gain acres back to my mail account, I fill out tons of information again and it again tells me that the information isn't sufficient to get back the account. whatever I try it doesn't work and I am completely frustrated and annoyed at how horribly complicated is just to get a simple Skype account. Horrible system, google hangout instead allows me to log in and with one click I can make a call. Extremely disappointed with this terrible platform.

I booked a rental car from Hertz through Kayak with prepayment. When I came to pick up the car, my prepaid reserved car was rented out and there was no replacement car. So I asked for a refund from Hertz, and Hertz told me that I had to ask the refund from Kayak since the funds never actually went to Hertz. And when I contacted Kayak, I got no chance to talk to a person and there is no option for me to get the refund since Kayak claims it is just a search engine and thus has no refund policy. Now the only option left is to dispute the charge from my credit card.

The cancellation is so limited on your platform. Some times we have to cancel the orders for personal issues or just misunderstanding of the gigs. Of course it should be counted in the cancellation rate, but I do think you should offer a force cancel for the sellers.

If you use this for just meetings, it's awesome. If you want a VOIP number that can handle texts to and from clients, this SUCKS.They require more hoops than a circus to jump through, and no one reads the corrections, other than to reject the application outright.Pick a differnt VOIP provider.

My dog nearly died tonight -- she was poisoned. I needed immediate drive to emergency vet. I knew Uber had Uber "Pet" so I relied on them. The first driver never arrived. I was left waiting in the rain with my dying dog. Second driver arrived and refused to take me with the dog who by that time was dying in my arms. He spoke very little English so was hard to understand but I gather he said he never agreed to take dogs (even though I booked Uber Pet specifically). There was no way to reason with him as he spoke pretty much no english. There is no way to discuss this with Uber as their entire so-called customer service is AI, so hey --- Uber, you suck! I trusted you, you let me down BIG TIME as you nearly killed my dog. I sincerely hope people will read this and stop using irresponsible companies like this. At least have the courage to face us rather than leaving it to AI. Pathetic.
