I wish I could leave ZERO stars.I used pay in 3 credit service.Despite clearing the balance in full they raised a late fee on my credit file. I paid twice to try and rectify it and they still haven’t cleared my balance!! I raised a complaint and it’s been weeks without response. Don’t use their credit services because are utterly incompetent at claiming payments and updating payment records. They need to be shut down. It’s an outdated system that no longer works and is borderline unscrupulous.I literally cannot get any help from anyone either, by phone or email.

We have been using Mailchimp for some 5 years now. We chose them because they had the best free offering. We find it easy to create and schedule e-mails and have never had a campaign that has failed to reach the contacts. The particular features we like are the template library where you can store self designed templates... we have some 70+ simple templates and the Report section where we can see how many and which contacts have read the e-mails and also clicked on the links to other resources within the e-mails. If we had a large number of contacts we wished to send e-mails to we would most probably go with Mailchimp (although cost is always a consideration) as it is we have under 100 contacts and have under 10 campaigns per week. Keep up the good work Mailchimp.

I have been a customer for three years running 10 sites. It is very rare that there is a problem, but if there is, the service is of the highest level. I have just come off a call with Geo. The problem was caused by a plugin rather than WPEngine, but he still went through everything until we found a solution. Brilliant.

I really like that instead of googling and wasting my time calling around to businesses that don’t get back to me, I can go to one place, enter the job details and be in contact with companies that WANT the work. I can then get multiple bids. Response time has always been great - I had one job completed within 2 hours of entering the info on Thumbtack.

Flight was not bad and staff was friendly HOWEVER once things go wrong do not expect any help or customer service. I arrived in ATL and they lost my bag only to be told by the ticket agent maybe it was stolen...seriously. Next Im told to open a delayed bag case. NOTHING done by the airline after this...I had to call constantly and with no updates or help I had to track down the bag myself by calling everywhere, somehow it ended up with American Airlines. The staff at American was friendly and helpful and offered to get the bag to Delta. I could not contact anyone at Delta to accept the bag and calling their "customer service " line is useless THEY COULDNT REACH ANYONE EITHER I WAS TOLD!. Took two more days and countless calls to get my bag correctly sent to me then another day to get them to deliver it. Each person I spoke to was nice enough and professional but each one told me they could not help soooo what are they even calling it customer service for.

Have been trying to cancel our advertising since December 2023. I keep getting told only our account manager can cancel it - well he never answers his phone or responds to emails. Our official "cancel case" has been open since early February and we're still being charged. Finally had to resort to contesting the charges with our CC company.

Booked a ride, confirmed then showed error message.. rebooked and the price jumped. Tried to speak to someone over email, chat and call - no help whatsover. Useless, when they can't answer your question they say 'we don't want to waste any more of your time so I'll hang up. They'd rather spend hours going back and forth than actually help resolve the issue. I would understand if I complained all the time but this was my first and now last. Awful.

If you write an email the customer service is beyond excellent. I had to cancel an order. A real person answered. We had a back and forth because I just didn’t want to bother figuring out the link to cancel so she did it for me. Most companies that use AI will answer emails with a human. Breeze Airways doesn’t even have a phone number but my email got the result I wanted.

Dont ever buy mi products. They are cheating their customers and do not have any return policy. Basically you made a mistake if the product is ordered by you and delivered as you will be stuck with it for lifetime. They dont even mention this in the product description. Worst services and worst products. They dont even trust their own fake products once delivered. I would suggest never ever buy their fake products. Disgusting

A really awful app. Continually freezing or crashing.Want to start a lesson?. You'll likely spend a minute or two watching an owl dancing up and down on the screen before a lesson starts. And then repeated before the next lesson. The reliability of the app has steadilly reduced over time which I'm quessing is as they add languages and complications. And no, its not my phone or tablet as I have it loaded on different phones / mobiles and all the same.My experience is limited to French and as far as a learning tool is concerned, it is very good if you simply wish to learn to read. To communicate with and understand the oral language it will not take you above a very base level. My experience with Duolingo has today reached 2000 consecutive days
