worst experience I ever had with customer service. They are the worst .. they speak nicely but provide all false information. I had a TV delivered damaged and later reorder new one and promised to do the price match after shipping of the new order. After 40 days of several follow ups final they said, they changed the policies so they neither deliver the new TV nor do the price match.. which is literally they made my time waste and spoiled all my Kids summer holidays.. I dont do shopping on samsung.com and I prefer buying products from different company..

The necessity of acquiring a new computer, I needed to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 15. Both of my Windows virtual machines were preserved, fortunately. They run a little slowly, but both are legacy versions that won't be updating. The best new feature (to me) is the ability to create new virtual machines that run various flavors of Linux. This is a great learning tool.Returning to the Parallels world, I've also installed Parallels Access and Parallels Toolkit. Both are easy and fun to use. It's a kick to control my laptop from my iPhone!I highly recommend installing the latest version of Parallels Desktop fo Mac. If you must use applications that are only available for Windows, e.g. Microsoft Access or certain project management software, Parallels is the answer. The same would be true for Linux apps as well.

As so many others have stated, time to cancel my family membership.I have been a member for many years, and have continued to maintain payments during covid.The final straw, looking to book tickets for Christmas at Waddesden Manor, Members now expected to pay to attend after taking my money for nothing for the last 6 months, unbelieveable.

Horrible customer service when you call them! They are so rude and unhelpful when you have clistlist complaints. They only offer credits to your loyalty card and everyone in my family, brothers and parents use same loyalty card. All I wanted was a refund and an apology and all I got was a headache. I guess being overcharged and inconvenienced is the customers fault according to kroger customer service.

American Express used to be the top notch card to hold. And yes membership had its privileges but as of now American Express is horrible when I say horrible horrible. First of all, they tried to dissuade you from talking to a human by going on the internet chatting. Nobody wants that number two when you had a dispute. American Express was very gracious to work with you. As long as you provide a documentation. Once you get documentation now they're still questioning you. I am over American Express. Nobody hardly takes your card. Anyway, I'm getting ready to go to the other side because customer service was the only thing that really made you guys stand out. That was your signature and the way that you were handled disputes for me was golden. But now you full of excuses and you don't stand by your customer done done and done
