AT&T customer service is difficult to reach. Hold times around an hour. I left Tracfone because questions could not be addressed. Now I'm paying for 3 phones by contract with AT&T, and STILL do not have access to customer service when their is a malfunction or I have a question.

I'm tired of them charging my card that is no longer on the account I removed that card for a reason it's happened to me and my mom over drawing our accounts then we're having to be charged with an over draw fee we've called so many times to tell them stop charging the card so they obviously keep card information so I will never use at&t ever again (not to mention the service sucked)

The app is different than the website. Getting videos from your phone to the website is inconvenient. The website editor is great but you can’t access it from an iPhone unless you download Firefox, so the page says but when downloaded you will just be prompted to download it again. Great video editor on the web, terrible access on the iPhone.

A literal scam.Took my money but my account shows no subscriptions and no option to download it to my computer. The video instructions do not reflect the options I have on my account. Now no one will answer the phone and I can't request a refund because you need it show an active subscription to do that. But they definitely took my money and sent an email confirmation. What a joke and a scam. Steer WELL clear of McAfee.

The Emeryville store is the worst. I am a senior citizen and when ever I go to this store. I am watched and followed. I am a black female well over 60 years old.I understand thief is on the rise all over the bay area. But, every black person doesn't steal and should not be treated as through we are all criminals, and be followed and watched every time we come to this store.

They pretty much deal with customers via email. Pretty much just brush you off and say Good luck. I was even told to find a new way to make my transaction. Please stay away from this website!! They purposefully have a misleading “annual monthly subscription” where you think you’re subscribing monthly and can cancel any time, but In reality you’re committing to a 12 month contract with them where they will charge you an extortionate cancellation fee if you wish to cancel. I didn’t even want to sign up to a monthly subscription in the first place! I was lead to believe it was a free trial of sorts, and when I saw they charged me £20+ I told myself “well it was my fault I should have checked”. I was lead to believe I cancelled their service two months ago and when I checked my bank statement I noticed two payments since then. As a “good will gesture” they refunded me one of the two payments and still charged me a cancellation fee. PLEASE stay away from this website. They are scammers and they are thieves

I have been waiting for over a month for the refund from a trade-in handset. Initially, they said in an email that the money would arrive in a couple of days, but now that a month has passed since the return, they claim it will take two to four weeks. Samsung has confirmed that they received the phone in perfect condition. However, refunding a few hundred euros to my bank account or debit card seems overwhelmingly difficult for them. Seems to me the only way to resolve this is through Visa.

If I ever need any information on about a movie or TV show I go to imdb because they have everything you could ever want and probably way more. Critic and user ratings and reviews, showtimes, detailed cast and crew information, video clips and related photos, trivia, quotes, soundtracks, full plot explanations, even message boards with discussions for every movie and TV show, and that's not everything. This website is seriously a movie lovers dream, if you don't know what imdb is, that means you're probably not really into movies. It's the definitive resource for anything related to movies and TV shows, hands down, no questions asked.
