My Golden Business Amex card has stopped working without any explanation or justification with all the points (approximately £400) being withheld. Moreover, the £175 annual membership fee was still being conveniently charged and after more than 10 months I still have no idea as why the card/account was suspended in the first place.After numerous phone calls and formal complaints - there is literally no progress and still no explanation whatsoever. I have sent yet another final formal complaint by post to no avail.Amex was referring to 3 emails that were sent to me - that was a lie as my colleague and I regularly check our SPAM folder and we have received numerous correspondence from AMEX by email but not the ones they were referring.I will be 100% taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman and small claims court if necessary.This is absolutely outrageous, they lie through their teeth, and blatantly keep your points and literally steal by charging the annual membership fee for a non-working card/serviceGuys, we should get together and file a class action lawsuit against American Express. Companies like that should not be operating in Britain - it's criminal, unethical, unprofessional, and absolutely outrageous!!!Update:We filed a financial ombudsman complaint and have been rewarded in excess of £400.00 as well as an apology from Amex

Host advertised a house that slept 10 with only enough beds to sleep 7. It however charged a price for 10. It was dirty, spiders on the bed sheets, fire alarm disabled, and ratty old worn towels.Brought it up to the host, and VRBO, and both ignored me and my 3 star review. They only post positive reviews. Never again. It was with Evolve/VRBO

The Mindbody software is fantastic, particularly the reporting. It is possible to get a lot of detailed information in a few seconds when you favourite the reports. We run classes as well as treatments and the booking platform is seamless. We particularly like the integrated marketing tools that will run on automations to free up more time. Can highly recommend.
