“A Month’s Wait for a Refund - Disappointment with Samsung’s Customer Service

I have been waiting for over a month for the refund from a trade-in handset. Initially, they said in an email that the money would arrive in a couple of days, but now that a month has passed since the return, they claim it will take two to four weeks. Samsung has confirmed that they received the phone in perfect condition. However, refunding a few hundred euros to my bank account or debit card seems overwhelmingly difficult for them. Seems to me the only way to resolve this is through Visa.
