I ordered a pair of sandals and the strap on one sandal was stretched out. I returned the pair to the store and I saw the dsw employee place a defective sticker on the box. She then re-ordered another pair of the same sandals for me since they were online only. This was 5/16.Fast forward to 5/29 and I receive what should be the new pair of sandals.....AND they sent me THE SAME PAIR I RETURNED TO THE STORE. The box was crushed on one side #1 and #2 the front and top look like the defective sticker was ripped off. No tissue paper or anything was in the box. Just the same defective pair of sandals thrown in the box.
