I would give it a zero star if possible. I have been a long time user of AT&T's wireless & internet service for years and paid all bills on time, and they made me go through hell just trying to cancel my service. They do not enable online cancels so I have to call customer support, and they do not list support numbers explicitly. Finally one of the numbers called me back, wouldn't honor my original date of cancel, and forced extra charges on me. I will never use their service ever again.

As customers of AT&T as long as AT&T has been selling cell phones, I must say, they have taken a deep dive in customer care. Talking to a live person is just about impossible unless you go into a store which is how I have decided is the only way to do business with them. Maybe that is how they want it. The problem with that, as it is with anything I suppose, is you may or may not get the correct info. I have solved that problem by taking names, making notes and yes, obnoxiously having them signed. Why don’t I just go to another cell phone provider? We’ve actually tried others, not any better….

I ordered two pairs of the same shorts XL XXL to make sure I got a pair that fitted they were in the sale at £26.10 each when they arrived the XXL ones were in there original packaging and sealed the XL pair there was no packaging but labels still attached the XL pair fitted me but on the tags there was a red sticker so upon lifting the sticker it had a price of £12 and outlet printed on it obviously they had been picked from one of adidas outlet stores but when I rang with my concerns about paying £26.10 for shorts that they’d had on display at £12 I got told to send photos of the labels to a WhatsApp number which I did explaining my thoughts and disapproval of what had happened I heard nothing until the next day when I had already created a return online and the agent was saying could I elaborate more so I responded again saying the shorts were from your outlet store at £12 and you want to charge me £26.10 today I have received a WhatsApp message saying my case is closed because I didn’t respond that’s nonsense terrible customer service and I won’t be shopping with them again ! Just waiting for my £52.20 refund now !😡

It has been my favourite brand for many years and I consider myself as one of the most loyal customers of Adidas.There is no other brand that can be both at the same time - classic and futuristic.However, the latest designs are a bit too much for my taste. Too many flashy colours.If I choose anything from the latest collections of Adidas, I would look like just another hip-hop kid from my neighbourhood.Adidas needs to go back to its basics and be what they know the best. It was enough with this hip-hop culture.

I cannot give you 5 stars because your service has slipped - it is not bad, but could be so much better. I do not use the Google forms because, to be honest, they are woeful so I continue with Office 365 (Sorry for swearing) but they do what I need them to do - and likely most people too. G-Mail could be so much better, easier to report suspicious emails that come from G-Mails accounts so you can not only block them, but delete the account - should be an easy click. Your spam doesn't work all the time - its arbitrary, some get put in my inbox, others get correctly sorted - and why can we not auto delete after a set period - I just had to delete almost 8GB of emails in my Bin and Spam folders going back to 2014!!

Trespass women’s soft shell jacket, hooded Kirsten. Says it is windproof and waterproof to 8000mm(mountain conditions) Not sure how this measure is reached, walked in one yesterday, fine in the morning in light spitting rain but within an hour in moderate rain it became wringing wet. It is wind proof though and warm, just don’t rely on it to keep you anywhere near dry!

Agoda misled me and refuses to take responsibility. I booked a flight ticket through their platform, and it appeared to include checked baggage. After payment, I found out it didn’t. Nowhere during booking was it made clear that the fare excluded baggage. I contacted Agoda multiple times, but they kept shifting the blame to me instead of acknowledging their unclear listing. I ended up paying significantly more to upgrade my ticket through the airline. This feels dishonest and deceptive—Agoda should be transparent and take accountability for misleading listings.

I recently ordered a soma Lyra 4 from thomann. It got delivered today just wanted to say you guys are awesome. That has to be the best packaged item I’ve received a box within a box bubble wrapped then the item in its box . A lot of care went into this to make sure it got to me in one piece. Thomann has very high standards. I’m looking forward to my next purchase thanks again.

Consistent delivery delays to consumers of the paper edition. Last week, two days late, this week-still haven’t received a copy and it’s Thursday, so 6 days late. The quota of magazines delivered to my local stores is always on time, though for personal consumers like myself, it’s a constant battle of talking via live chat with them or mailing customer service. Just fed up with being treated like this, when local businesses don’t have this delivery issue.

Pestering constantly after cancelling. I closed my account a while back which was a painful ordeal in itself. Now they bombard me with constant emails to try and get me to rejoin and offer no ‘unsubscribe’ option. I wrote to their data protection team to make a specific GDPR request to be forgotten, which they ignored. There is no option to delete your account, so I’ve had to change my email address in my profile to an expletive laden fake one that sums up my feelings towards them. Their every move since I tried to cancel has made me beyond certain / resolute that I will never use them again. Amazes me they’re affiliated with The Guardian, and puts me off them a bit as well
