AT&T customer service takes huge dive

As customers of AT&T as long as AT&T has been selling cell phones, I must say, they have taken a deep dive in customer care. Talking to a live person is just about impossible unless you go into a store which is how I have decided is the only way to do business with them. Maybe that is how they want it. The problem with that, as it is with anything I suppose, is you may or may not get the correct info. I have solved that problem by taking names, making notes and yes, obnoxiously having them signed. Why don’t I just go to another cell phone provider? We’ve actually tried others, not any better….
