Review of g2
I recently participated in a review request for Loom which was conducted via G2. The Survey was well laid out, the conditional logic worked well and it was easy to complete. I was also eligible for an Amazon gift card once the review was completed. Claiming that gift card and associating it with my Amazon account was simple and clear. All an all a smooth and easy process. I would recommend them.

Review of nest
Firstly a comment to Nest Support. Please stop your condescending replies “we’d love to help”. All it is is words. My Nest thermostat is 3 years old and and constantly changes to “away” and “eco” when we’re home and regularly walk in front of it. Have called support a few times and spoken to people who actually don’t know the product or understand what the problem is or able to help me rectify it. So regrettably the bin is the next move.

-great way to discover font designers and illustrators-easy to purchase-easy to collect and organize favourites into categories for different projects-keeps track of what's been purchased in case it gets lost in your computer !!-really nice/clean interface for shopping the different products, another thing I really love is the ads for all the products all look so well designed and appealing : )
Review of target
I went to Target and the service was horrible! I couldn’t find anyone to help me with product that was locked up. The manager was very rude and thought I was trying break open the window myself because the lock was broken. It happened before me I’m guessing but it wasn’t me!

I purchased a minecraft dlc and it never downloaded. When you try calling support it says the call volumes are too high and hangs up. I had my wife call because I work all day and they told her that they couldn't process the return for her because she wasn't the owner. Finally got ahold of them and they tell me they can't give me a refund even though they can see the dlc was never downloaded and they couldn't help me download it.

Review of kroger
First off I don't appreciate agents ending the chat as soon as I tell them what's wrong. Also not answering calls is unprofessional and shady unexcusable behavior I tried 4 times because I got a billing error for my card and was told you guys couldn't process my speedway egift card. But you guys charged me and now I'm down $80 and didn't receive a card I only want one $20 speedway card and instead I got no card and lost $80 to you guys that money needs to be refunded immediately.
Review of cengage
Worst customer service experience ever. Have spent hundreds of dollars with them over the course of college and when my textbook did not include the access code, they refused to help me and offered no solutions other than "check the loose leaf textbook". Would give 0 stars if I could. Communicated with their 'team' for over 24 hours and provided all necessary information, attachments, images, proof, etc. Every person who replied was a different representative and I have never been so frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Find alternatives if possible because this grifting company is just looking for any possible way to charge college students. An absolute joke and I am disgusted by the treatment of students. They disgrace the term 'customer service'
Review of bsky
Such a ray of sunshine after Twitter. No ads. No manipulative owner. Trolls are collectively given short shrift. Blocklists are available to keep your feed clean. There is some moaning about this from those who get caught up in them, but "My feed, my rules" prevails. We have actual conversations with mutual respect (not always agreement). We don't have dog piles. And we don't have self important people barging in to trash the place.

Review of seatgeek
Purchased MLB tickets through SeatGeek for the Mariners vs Yankees in Seattle. Up pops a link for a "Lot Parking" pass you had to also purchase for the game (unless you wanted to be parking on the streets of Seattle, miles down the road, pay $75+ for the garage or order an uber to get to the game). Cool. Purchased a parking pass for $30 THROUGH SeatGeek. Game day arrives and I try to park in the parking lot that I purchased the parking spot for. 1) Lot is under construction. 2) Parking Lot employee sitting in ticket booth said I could not enter lot, as that lot for T-Mobile/Mariner Baseball did not partner with SeatGeek, so the ticket I purchased would not work there. Sure, I could still park there, but I would've needed to pay another $60, and I would be out the $30 I spent through SeatGeek since they were not business partners (he says this wasn't the first time it's happened with SG). I requested a refund immediately (with the stupid AI robot they make you chat with) and that thing told me to keep an eye on my email for a link for a refund. This all happened on May 14th, I have requested a refund several times, have sat on hold with the customer service for over an hour (& still have not gotten through to talk to a human). It is now the 29th of May and I have still not 1) received an email about a refund 2) been able to contact a person to discuss this issue. Oh, also.. MY PARKING TICKET STILL SHOWS AS PENDING IN MY PURCHASES ON SEATGEEK, so I wouldn't have been able to use it even if the lot did allow me in. I was honestly shocked our tickets to the game actually worked. So, yeah, safe to say I will never be using SeatGeek for anything again and I will tell anyone considering SG, NOT to use them.
Review of royalcaribbean
We typically love Royal Carribean and have been on several cruises with them. The last cruise however one of their tour busses hadn't been cleaned and the bus smelled like feces and urine. It made people noxious. Seems like the quality of their tours has gone down post-covid.
Review of nfl
Charged annually $80 in May when I wanted weekly. 80$ for 3 months during the offseason when it costs $10 bucks a month. There is no customer service. No phone number to call. Almost 30 dollars a month when there wasn't even any football being played.
