If I could give 0 stars I would. Platform is OK althoguh there are probably better alternativies out there. The customer support however is shocking! No way of getting in contact with anyone and the chat bot is horrendous. They don't even seem to care, I've been locked out of my account for over 6 weeks and while they are still billing me, they don't seem to be in any hurry to resolve the issue and just keep asking me to repeat the steps I've already followed! AVOID!!!

The D8 Hotel rates high, mainly because of location as all other reviews clearly indicate. I'm here now for first of multiple nights (If I stay). It's near to Vorosmarty Square - the beginning of Vaci St, the man pedestrian tourist street, Metro, tram, buses all near - excellent location, as everyone will write. It's a 10-minute walk to Kiraly St where the nightlife begins (bars, cafes, ruin pubs)Reception staff very friendly and check-in was quick as an IHG member. The hotel is fairly new so everything looks good for now.The room is very small. Perfect for one person or a couple with very minimal luggage. The queen bed pretty much occupies the entire room. No proper desk or chair for working. No closet, just a couple of hangers attached to the wall. Internet is ok and complimentary. The TV has 12 channels - all in German or Hungarian - no English stations except Bloomberg and BBC at times). No movie or music channels. There are no in-room or bathroom amenities. No in-room coffee / tea making set up. No in-room bottled water.The doors from other rooms slam loudly all night and you can hear conversations / TV etc in the next rooms pretty clearly. Bring ear plugs to sleep.The hotel offers a basic breakfast. No lunch or dinner service. Some chips and limited pre-made sandwiches are a available at the bar. The hotel is fine for one night to sleep, if you are out most of the time to enjoy the great location and all it offers.

I saw an ad online about their new OPERATOR... sounded good so I used the link to get it. They indicate you need a PRO account so I created one and paid the 99.99 USD for one year subscription. So then I tried to access OPERATOR at operator.chatgpt.com. I could not get access to OPERATOR without paying an additional 2400 USD for the year. I used their help feature to send an email asking to cancel and refund my payment. 12 emails later they tell me they don't give refunds if a customer 'changes his mind'. I told them they were doing a bait and switch and that there is no 99.99 PRO access to OPERATOR so they did not deliver what I had paid for. What they're doing should be illegal.

And when they finally respond… you get the same page as the support site… which wasn’t helpful in the first place (mentioned this during initial contact). Insane…

The customer service for this site is atrocious. I ordered a picture for an upcoming birthday based on the estimated delivery date. I subsequently did not receive a shipping notification for 11 days past the estimated ship date. I emailed and asked for an explanation. An inept person named April told me that production times vary from "7-20" days. It is a printing company. It is inconceivable to have that variation unless you are being run by a cabal of fools. It is now 18 days past the estimated shipping date with no news and no update from the company. Terrible company that I would highly discourage anyone from using.

Ordered at Amazon (prime) à CD on the 22th of july at 18€99 and still not shipped because "waiting for stock"... 3 calls to amazon and still nothing...and on the website, there is stock ! it slowly moving to 15 to 11 ex... but at 23€...They told me to cancel my 18,99€ order and to order a new one at 23€...Stock is shipped for the 23€ clients only ???Such a practcice is a nonsense !Firts time Amazon is messing at this point !

I purchased this E gift card for my wife at Xmas. I paid for it on my debit card which came to several hundred pounds. To make the purchase i naturally used my own name, my own email account and gave my phone number. This of course had to match my debit card to clear security in view of the amount involved.The e gift card duly arrived with a link to make it "live". This was done shortly into the new year. My wife didn't see anything on line she wanted to buy so left it. This week she tried to use it again, however the e gift card was not accepted as a means of payment. My wife was in store so enquired about the e gift card not making payment. Store advised it needed the link to be reactivated. My wife came home i reactivated the link using the saved email but still the code would not effect payment. Once again we contacted Zara using the online chat system. We were told that they could not address the enquiry as my particulars were not correct!!! That is of course incorrect as I would never have been able to make the purchase. After several hours and numerous attempts to get this sorted over a 3 day period we found ourselves blocked repeatedly when using the chat function. At no time did we say anything that would give the slightest offence. In desperation we asked for a telephone number to try to discuss this with someone at Zara. We were given the number 44800 030 4238. On ringing this number which is for Zara, there is a recorded message saying that Zara do not accept telephone calls and enquiries must be dealt with online! I am almost 70 my wife is 67 and I do not understand why we are having so much aggravation in using the gift given they have had the money for almost 6 months. Its no different to an IN ADVANCE SCAM where you pay money for a service or facility then discover you will get zero service and a series of road blocks to prevent you getting access to the service you have contracted for. I urge everyone not to purchase an e gift card as you will find it the gift that keeps on giving nothing but stress and aggravation.

This company has been fooling people. First you convinced that you can cancel anytime their subscription. Then they say that with your subscription you can use all their tools. But when you buy their subscription- which cost about 30 eur year. Then you see that you need to buy more and more to use that tools that you were told that included in price. My experience with the company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.Upon signing up for NBN service, I was sent a modem with a 4G backup, but to date, no NBN installer has come to my premises. As a result, my modem is currently running on 4G backup, leaving me without the reliable and high-speed internet connection that I signed up for.What adds to my frustration is the lack of assistance and competence from Telstra's customer support. I have contacted them multiple times seeking a resolution, but the responses have been consistently unhelpful and repetitive. It is disheartening to experience such incompetence from a major telecommunications provider.The level of service I have received from Telstra is simply unacceptable. The lack of coordination and resolution for a basic NBN installation issue reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and efficiency. I regret choosing Telstra as my ISP and am left wondering how a company of this scale can struggle so profoundly with basic customer service.I urge Telstra to address this matter promptly and provide a resolution to the ongoing issues with my NBN installation. As a paying customer, I expect and deserve a much higher standard of service than what has been demonstrated thus far.
