Sunny is a disgrace! She is always too loud not giving other hosts and presenters an opportunity to be Heard!Only her loud guffaws and laughing or stuffing her mouth and always grabbing center stage! Always trying to upstage GZ or Jeff who are the real ches. PLEASE get her off. Not to mention how she puts down Bobbie Flay and tries to make him look bad - not with humor - but with her ghetto personality!Not to mention her big butt is always in the way!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Useless customer service. I have been charged each month for about two years and when I tried to get in touch with Scribd customer service they couldn't find an account or my card on file - BECAUSE IN NEVER SIGNED UP. It was impossible to get these people to stop charging my card and I had to get a new one. What a scam. Cancel your card if this company gets a hold of it. Not even sure what they do for a 'business'

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service support for Doordash Drivers. I requested to talk to a Supervisor/Manager regarding a problem with the Coles Supermarket order disappearing from the app when I arrived and started the shopping process. I was told someone would call Me in an hour, but I've messaged them twice on Live Chat and made a phone call to Doordash hotline and still NO-ONE called back in 3 hrs. Wasted my time and petrol driving 10 mins to fulfill the order and not getting any compensation for the app unassigning my order for no reasons at all when I tried to fulfill the order. Absolutely horrible experience for Drivers who tried to do the Right things and work hard. I'm a Platinum tier Delivery Driver but getting to this Tier makes no difference, the app has so many problems with bugs and glitches it makes it difficult to even make money with it at all. The orders are underpaid as well when they request You to drive 20 mins to a far away suburb to pick up an order but only pays You 10 dollars for the delivery and they say this is a fair pay from their policy. What a total BS company. I've given them feedbacks more than multiple times already in the past year but they've never truly listened and improved N0THING at All for more than 3/4 of a year now. It's no wonder less and less Drivers are willing to work for this BS Company.

Simply the worst level of service I have ever experienced, makes Amazon seem like a Mikey Mouse company compared to my experiences with Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de.The support "do not have the authority" to authorise RMA's for broken products. And it took 2 hours of painful support to get that out of them.They say I will be called back in a couple of days from someone who can help. What is the point of having support, if the support can not do anything? I would expect an RMA from a device bought directly from Amazon to be authorised on the same day, like it is in UK or DE.Avoid Amazon.fr international buyers! It is clearly poorly managed and not run to the standard expected.

Sent in a support question and within 10 minutes (maybe sooner), I got a reply back from Rick with detailed instructions as to how to resolve my problem...a real person, mind you, not a auto-generated email saying "we will get to you within 48 hours"...excellent customer service!
