UPDATE - I finally got the replacement parts that I needed no thanks to Wayfair. The shipper actually got in touch with Wayfair and was able to get authorization to ship the parts. My thanks to the shipper.Unfortunately, I did not read the return policy when I received my product. I ordered a Wilda Cat Cage in September and received in a few days. Because I was unable to assemble until last weekend, I did not open the product and verify that all required parts were there. When I discovered that I was missing 8 parts and had one broken part, I contacted Wayfair to request the missing parts be sent to me. I was told since it was more than 30 days since I received the product, there was nothing they could do.I then obtained the contact number for the company that shipped the cage to me and was told that I needed to get authorization from Wayfair for them to ship the missing parts so I again contacted Wayfair and was basically told it was not their problem and call the company that shipped me the cage again.I again contacted the cmpany that shipped the cage and once again was told I needed to contact Wayfair and have them request replacement parts for me. Now I have a $200 cat cage that I cannot finish because of the missing parts. As far as the cat cage is concerned, it would be great If I could finish assembly. As far as Wayfair customer service is concerned, not so great.UPDATE: Just received an email from the shipper again telling me I needed to contact Wayfair again which I did. Guess what, same result. Wayfair told me to contact the shipper. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Wayfair and I will tell everyone I know now and in the future about this experience.

Vox is a website built on lies.While it tries to claim that a trump campaign advert spreads lies about joe biden, when there is literally phone conversation evidence that the claim is true. They are completely untrustworthy source of information.No one should ever believe a single thing they write. If you read anything on their site assume that it is being intentionaly misleading and search for the facts yourself. They are the perfect opposite of what journalism is supposed to be. If they were to go bankrupt the world would be a better place.

Absolutely useless consumer service. It’s been 15 days, my order is not even dispatched and one of the items turned out to be not in stock anymore, so I won’t get it. The agents on live chat just say whatever they want, they might even randomly leave without replying to the messages.

Absolutely horrible and pathetic service from Google! Don't know how they are even existing ! This company should be dismantled by FTC and Govt and be divided into different companies, so that they can be efficient and focused. They don't approve the ad and they don't even give a valid, relevant and navigable reason so that we can fix it and get on with our life. And the phone support sucks even more and they just pass on to another "team" which gives a message that phone support is not available now. Interestingly when you search for Google ads review on their own search engine they only put high star review sited at the top and had the scroll down to look for trust pilot reviews. Very unhelpful and careless.

We moved the WP Engine from AWS a number of years ago now and couldn't be happier with the move.Where we were responsible for all the server side settings on AWS, we wanted a more managed and supported approach so we could focus on the websites themselves rather than the server side as well.WP Engine have always been supportive when we have had issues we need help with. Their team are well informed about their side of our account, which means when we need help, they know how to fix the issues.We have since expanded our hosting with WP Engine a number of times and cannot see any reason why would want to move.It's hassle free and just works.
