A few months ago I traveled with family with the Emirates on a very long way. As there was a problem with our visa during check-in, that was actually our problem, we got clear instructions what to do and the Emirates agreed to change the date (we didn't pay much). This helped a lot! 4 days later we were flying with an infant as visa issues had been solved. We got plenty of support from the crew and we could change the place on both flights. Thank you guys. Yes, people usually give bad opinions but you really helped us that day. Hopefully, unless you raise the prices, I will try to go with you on long distances.

People, please stop with all these companies. AT&T, Verizon, T-MOBILE, ETC. They are all charging tax on the purchases of a new phone even when offering a trade-in on your old phone. That is DOUBLE TAXATION! And it is against the law to do that. You already paid taxes on the device that is being traded. If you purchased a new phone, you paid taxes on that item before you left the store - YES? Then you are offered a trade in amount later on of an amount to upgrade. Example - a new Iphone 13 was at 1200 will cost in taxes where I am of $114.00. You go in 24 months later and it is paid and you want to upgrade to the new version Iphone 15. It costs now 1200 again. They offer you $700 for your current phone as a trade in value. They go on to say you have to pay the taxes on the new phone before you leave and then they give you a tax amount of $114.00. Your traded in value should have been $1200 - $700 = $500. and the taxes should be based on the remaining amount of $500. Not being charged at the 1200 full price point. They did not consider your trade and in the end DOUBLE TAXED THE CONSUMER.

I signed up to trade in our phones, but then we changed our minds and cancelled the trade 3 days later. However, they still sent the phones. We asked them to email us return labels for all the phones, and we sent them back. Despite this, they still ported all my phone numbers to their network, leaving us without working phones. Now we are trying to get our numbers back. This company is a scam – stay as far away from them as you can.

Just like everyone else, I got ripped off with underhanded tactics. Luckily I had just cancelled my credit card at the same time I cancelled Shutterstock, so good luck to them getting their dodgy $60 cancellation fee. If you really want to stick to it to them, cancel your credit card just out of spite just so they can't get the dodgy cancellation fee that you never signed up for in the first place...

Cancel your membership. My mother died last year, just after her membership had been renewed. Her bank advised them -I had tried to get in touch before she died -but they don't make it easy and there were more important things to focus on. It turns out that her bank advised them of her death -they cancelled her membership. However, they made not effort to get in touch with us -and they are keeping her money as it is a "donation" so not refund. I am recommending to everyone I know not to renew their membership.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars. Being an IT engineer, I expected better for support when its all simple drivers.Getting Screenpad working seems to be an impossible task for ASUS laptop users, using the drivers provided is not enough as they do not provide the complete solution or point out theres an order of installation to get things working... ASUS solution was for me to send the laptop back, which would result in fees as there is no hardware issue, mainly a driver issue.Ive bought lots of components from ASUS before, as I thought they were quality, however I wont be buying anything from them ever again, im writing the crappy screenpad off as a lost cause for now....

I bought an Asus Zenbook in June 2021. The internal speakers randomly stopped working after only 6 weeks. I had to send it to the repair center. I have been waiting for the repair over a month now, and there is no end in sight. No one on the customer service can help me understand what is going on with the laptop and when I might get it back. They always say a supervisor will call me; no one ever does. Abysmal customer service, lousy unreliable machine. Do not buy from this company.
