What a joke They have no issues taking your money but when you are trying to find where your missing deposit is you are greeted with AI which is not Intelegent. I have been waiting 4 hours from a respond and so far nothing, I am trying to locate about £500 in lost money so I am unhappy at this delay!UpdateSo after crypto have replied they have asked for some time to investigate … considering that customer service says they will be in touch within 2 hours can someone advise why 13 hours later and no contact!
