Bought my son a lego set for Christmas. It was missing a brick. Called to request a new one. They told me 7-10 days, which is already long. Two and half weeks later, I hadn’t received it. Then called and was on hold for awhile only to find out that the person I had spoken with out in my address incorrectly. Now I’m told I need to wait another 13 days to receive the reshioped piece. Absurd
