I used to have a facebook account for a long time. I deleted due to the constant violations they kept giving me due to political posts even though what I was saying was true! Needless to say it's been years since I had an account. My daughter recently asked me to get back on, so I did! No political posts just me being me comical. Not even two days and they suspended my account! No violations, no warnings.....NOTHING! I will not appeal and should have stayed off because I knew they are garbage! Never again!

Been an Amazon customer for a long time but my experience over Christmas has caused me to close my accounts with them and all subsidiaries due to their ineptitude. Ordered an item as a present which upon opening on Christmas morning was empty. So was stolen by someone at Amazon in their network. Logged with Amazon who asked to report to police with a crime reference number. Did that despite the item not being stolen from me but within their network but wanted it resolved. They then said they needed the whole report. This isn't what it says within their email so I complained and kept being escalated until they decided to just cut me off. In the end I got the report from the police and sent it to them to receive no response for a week. Chased them and they said it wasn't what they needed. But they couldn't tell me what they did need. So still in limbo trying to get a refund or replacement. No official complaints procedure means if anything goes wrong you have to deal with the people on chat who have no idea and just follow their script. An absolute joke of a company who people should just stop using. Convenience isn't everything.

Looking like 2 out of 2 of my investments in kickstarter have been scams. I should have come here before trusting people in Hong Kong so thats around $k up in smoke. Damn!!And guess what, the people running kickstarter apparently don't care when actually they should shut the site down or build security and insurance into it. Perhaps they are also scammers.

I don't know what to do anymore so I just leave this review. I ordered 2 phones (around 1000 eur) in July and sent them back, because I simply didn't like them. After 29 days my returns haven't been processed even though I was assured they will do it a few times now. Customer service is very nice but not very helpful or efficient and they are just keep telling me to wait 2 days or more but obviously even after the waiting period nothing happens they don't even contact me to update me about the status of the refund so every 2 days I message them but get the same message. I was happy to wait until a certain time but this is just ridiculous and painful at this point. So my recommendation is that if you are not sure if you want something and would like to try out first and maybe send back then don't even bother. If they get back to me and get my money back I will update this review. Update: I got my money back and now they are trying to scam me out of more money because apparently I sent back the wrong item which is not true and they don't want to believe me. They probably made a mistake in the warehouse but don't want to acknowledge it.

I have never heard nor contacted Dropbox at all and yet they have been sending me advert material THREE TIMES - the first one in Dec 2016, the second in Jul 2018 and the most recent one in 14th Aug this year (2019 ). On these 3 occasions I immediately told them to stop sending me any more advert material, but they IGNORED all my messages. This time they have been STALLING - said they 'will reach out for more details or for a solution'. My reply was, 'There's NO other solution but to unsubscribe me asap - as simple as that !!! What a terrible company. I was given an Amex gift card. By the time I tried to use it, 3 identical fraudulent charges effectively made it useless. Called customer service and they said they can do nothing even though they saw the charges. Told me I had to contact the vendor. Great. I have no way of learning that info and even if I could they were probably in on it. This after spending a ridiculous amount of time on hold during calls where a “supervisor” said the account would be refunded. I don’t like being lied to. Now they have no record of a supervisor on the call at all.25 years ago I had a problem with this company and swore to never deal with them again. This has solidified that belief.

This company is stealing peoples money, stealing peoples dream, even stealing charity money which is the worst!!!One other thing, the company isn't in the US, only the ceo live in the us and not at all the time, most of the time he's in India where the real company is based. I'm gonna report them to strip and to every place i know with all the supporters who paid every dollar. I'm gonna flood twitter, patreon, youtube, twitter and reddit with this. But also and specially Linkedin where you can find all workers of this company, that's what everyone should do to avoid other peoples of getting scammed! Puchased their top end Asus Duo Pro with a gtx 4070 grahics card £2500. 2 years later it stops working. Repair estimate was £2000+ for a new motherboard. Laptop never left my desk since it was purchased to replace my ageing Alienware. I am now still using my 10 year old Alienware today. Asus went in the bin as there is no value in it even for spare parts. Never ever buy an Asus pc if you want value for money. They are a rip off company in my brief experience of them.
