What a terrible company

What a terrible company. I was given an Amex gift card. By the time I tried to use it, 3 identical fraudulent charges effectively made it useless. Called customer service and they said they can do nothing even though they saw the charges. Told me I had to contact the vendor. Great. I have no way of learning that info and even if I could they were probably in on it. This after spending a ridiculous amount of time on hold during calls where a “supervisor” said the account would be refunded. I don’t like being lied to. Now they have no record of a supervisor on the call at all.25 years ago I had a problem with this company and swore to never deal with them again. This has solidified that belief.
