Refund is a huge mess

I don't know what to do anymore so I just leave this review. I ordered 2 phones (around 1000 eur) in July and sent them back, because I simply didn't like them. After 29 days my returns haven't been processed even though I was assured they will do it a few times now. Customer service is very nice but not very helpful or efficient and they are just keep telling me to wait 2 days or more but obviously even after the waiting period nothing happens they don't even contact me to update me about the status of the refund so every 2 days I message them but get the same message. I was happy to wait until a certain time but this is just ridiculous and painful at this point. So my recommendation is that if you are not sure if you want something and would like to try out first and maybe send back then don't even bother. If they get back to me and get my money back I will update this review. Update: I got my money back and now they are trying to scam me out of more money because apparently I sent back the wrong item which is not true and they don't want to believe me. They probably made a mistake in the warehouse but don't want to acknowledge it.
