I can’t believe I paid $20 for this garbage service. Claude.ai is an absolute scam! I was trying to get work done, but all I get is “Message limit reached for Claude 3.5 Haiku until 9 AM.” Excuse me?! What’s the point of paying if I’m just going to be blocked from using the tool when I actually need it? This is outrageous, unprofessional, and completely useless.Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money on a service that doesn’t deliver what it promises. Absolutely trash!

Did you ever wonder why you only find positive product reviews on the Philips web site? That's because they reject reviews that tell the truth about the negative sides of their products. Some Philips PC monitors are marketed as being suitable for professional CAD use, while the IPS panels are of such poor quality that viewing the same contents for more than 30 minutes will cause burn-in, and Philips are totally aware of this, since the monitors show a warning message about burn-in at power-up. This is deliberate misleading marketing. When Philips also are manipulating the review statistics by only accepting positive reviews, they are simply asking for a one star rating on TrustPilot.

Signed up for a MONTHLY plan and decided it was too expensive for as little as I use it. When I went to cancel they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. I clicked on the learn more button to find out why and read the info provided. It says they charge a cancellation fee because you get the YEARLY subscription at such a discount that they need to recoup some of that money. If I have a monthly bill and did NOT receive a discount why am I paying a cancellation fee? My how the mighty have fallen. They used to be a legit company now they may as well be sending Namibian Prince emails out. Bunch of scam artists.

Guest had questioned why they eating on the clock when your far past your break time eating in such a way Ernesto. You payed and ate food on the clock while loafing. I will never use your payment portal again. I never received confirmation of purchase. My Name and tickets weren't on the list at venue and I had to EMAIL songkick support at the last minute to get confirmation. Where is the phone number to reach you directly? It was completely unacceptable. Either shape up your process or use another ticket vendor for tickets!!!

I had a billing issue. I contacted the company and explained my issue. They responded almost immediately and had my issue taken care of in less than half a day. Plus person I spoke with was incredibly polite and understanding It doesn't get much better than that.

Dropbox customer service used to be available at least 48 hrs after you wrote to them via creating a ticket. Now there is absolutely no support to contact, you have to spend hours reading irrelevant feeds to answer your question, and still not find a solution that only the dropbox techs should know to answer. Their support basically doesn't exist, except for the paid users. The files are not syncing as they should in btwn 2 computers and I even had a case where two files that were going to two different people got crossed. That's unacceptable mal-function! The community help is a waste of time, unless you have simple questions. They should have the kind of support (which was pretty minimal) available again. It's a shame! I'm going to look for other transfering app, as it costs less to have our own external HDs for disc space.
